I was made to feel safe and welcome, given the current Covid-19 situation. Shaun has cut my hair for 10 years now, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He’s very knowledgeable and always knows how to shape my difficult curly hair so it always keeps its shape whether I wear it short or longer. I get compliments on how well my hair is shaped and styled.

As ever I come away feeling so much better and ten years younger.It’s a long drive for me but so worth it

First of all, I felt completely safe! Betsy was a joy! She listened to me, made helpful suggestions, and gave me a lovely cut. Charming young woman, great hair dresser! I am very happy! It was my first visit since covid and the salon was very well set up. Betsy was fabulous at making me feel at ease she was very professional and also listened to me on a personal level engaging appropriately with warmth and empathy . My hair is amazing I have rebooked something I never do.

Sadly I won’t be returning, poor communication from the stylist, very expensive for a trim and felt it was really rushed, when spending that kind of money just would’ve expected a better service.

Had a really lovely, super friendly and considerate haircut. My first time in a salon since lockdown and I felt completely safe and looked after. Thank you!

It was my first time at Toni and Guy in Truro, Shaun was great. suggested options for my thick hair, one I was not brave enough to try...next time! I’ll definitely be back

Lovely lady and great cut

Straight from the get go, Vicky was so welcoming, friendly & very polite. I was slightly nervous due to having such a lot off my hair but she made me feel so comfortable & I absolutely love the end result! I couldn't of hoped for it to look any better, thank you!

Shaun was great she was very supportive of my issues with my damaged hair. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what would help. All the while she was clearly rushed off her feet attending to many others needs. She really was ace!

Excellent hair cut,but because of my age I would have preferred that everyone wore protective masks under their visors.

Sophie has a good knowledge of colours and grasps what you want very quickly. She is very sweet and capable

Shaun is a fantastic cutter, I am always pleased with my style and colour and leave the salon feeling very pampered. I have been looked after by friendly, professional staff who know whether I want to talk or just enjoy a quiet pampering. I have no hesitation in recommending this Toni and Guy very highly.

I came in for a hair cut after, having shaved my own head for 25 year, growing my hair during lockdown. Don't get me wrong my hair is awkward on its best day. Shaun was a great guy and understood what was needed and what I wanted. He made me feel really relaxed and like I was in safe hands....which I absolutely was. Love how my hair turned out, exactly what I was hoping for and Shaun gave me some great advice for looking after it. Brilliant!

I love this salon, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is calming, can always have a great chat to the crew. Sophie (blonde hair) is such a delight to see, she's incredible at her job.

Very poor customer service, I would expecting much more from a style director , very bad side fringe haircut
she left all the hairs on face, neck and everywhere and she left .Not recommend the salon at all.

Amazing cut, gorgeous natural highlights and a beautiful wavy blow dry to finish it all off. Nice chat, lovely environment- very enjoyable

I really liked the cut but the blow dry was feally frizzy and it felt like the stylist couldn’t be bothered to make my hair straight. Other than that really nice!
