Dani at new wave is hands down the best hairdresser I've ever had, she's always so kind and gives the best customer service whilst always being realistic about what the outcomes will be, she'll talk the clients through step by step and explains everything she's doing, and I always leave the salon with beautiful hair and full of confidence, I already can't wait for my next appointment!

Well considering it was the first time I had ever had my hair done in a hair dressers I would 100% go back again I can’t thank kaci who did my hair enough kaci has done an amazing job and from now on I want her to do my hair every time so I highly recommend her. all the girls that work there are lovely and make your experience as good as it can be while giving you the best results
I had never really done much with me hair and would often find the cheapest place going and get a load taken off every few months.
I but the bullet and sore the New Wave had good reviews and decided to see one of their stylists Cerys
She was lovely and friendly and sat down with me to talk through what I was looking for as well as give some of her own opinions and suggestions. She was very patient and understanding of someone that has no idea about his hair or what he wanted doing to it!
Overall the experience was professional I felt well looked after the whole time. Would easily recommend going again for anyone new to looking after their hair and after some help!
