An air conditioned salaon,which was most appreciated today, and a personal service - I had been once before and Sara remembered me and what she had done previously, before washing my hair she say and discussed what had worked for me with my previous cut, what I wanted this time and how she thought this could be best achieved. She understood my hair type and how to get the best feom it. I loved the results last time and even more this time.
Have been going to New Wave for some time and am always really pleased with the whole experience. Sara, my stylist is so professional and friendly. She cuts and highlights my hair to perfection every time. Brilliant salon!!

Treated my daughter to a cut and colour. I was treated just as importantly as if we're the client. Staff were very friendly and attentive and it was a lovely atmosphere to relax and wait in. My daughter was treated excellently, stylist regularly checking all was ok with what she was doing. Stylist listened to my daughters needs and the result was fantastic. We are both very pleased.
It's always a pleasure to visit New wave it it is a real treat, always a lovely warm welcome, very pleasant staff. Have been with Ann for many years and have always been happy with all the advice I've been given. It's so nice to go somewhere where are you know you're always very very happy

I have been having my hair cut at New Wave with my regular stylist of Anne for many years. I keep returning simply because I am very happy with the salon and especially the quality of the hair cut. You always get a friendly and courteous reception whether it is arriving in the salon or when phoning. Anne is always happy to listen at each visit about any problems or ideas you have about your hair. She is happy to suggest possible alternatives and always ensures you are happy with what she is going to do before she does anything! I have no reason to go anywhere else though there are probably cheaper alternatives elsewhere.
I have always had a positive experience going to new wave. They are helpful give advice but never push their ideas onto you.
I am really pleased the whole experience was lovely. I will look forward to my next visit. Millie was friendly, professional and above all she really listened to what I said and kept me informed all the way through with what she was doing. My hair stylist today was Sara. She done a brilliant job on my hair. Taking it from long, dull and lifeless to bright light with body. Sara also asked if there was anything I wanted to know about maintaining my hair, from the colour to styling it at home. As a first time customer to the salon I found it friendly, comfortable and accommodating. I will definitely be back again :)
