Emma has been my stylist for a number of years now , and i can honestly say i have never been disappointed, all the staff over the years have been professional and helpful. Needless to say i will carry on coming for the foreseeable future. Great salon would highly recommend. Thankyou x

Nice enough staff but didn't do the style my daughter wanted and certainly wasn't worth £42, very disappointing

Had my hair high red and cut and styled today by danni . Nothing was too much trouble for her and she listened to everything I wanted done. Was informed about every detail of my hair . First class service all round by a lovely lady . Left feeling so happy with my hair and would highly recommend new wave and danni who did my hair .

Visited the salon today and had a cut and blow dry with Rea and I must say was one of the best experience I have had as I am not fond of getting my hair done however I had a consultation on arrival and Rea listened to what I wanted and my concerns and gave me lots of ideas and eventually agreed on the cut. I then had a very relaxing hair wash a nice coffee and she explained each stage of the cut and how it would look which to my delight it ended up lovely .The salon was spotlessly clean and relaxing we chatted throughout the cut which I must say normally I can’t be bothered as most places it’s forced conversation but not with Rea it flowed effortlessly. I would fully recommend Rea who told me she was new to the area but she certainly new what she was doing thanks very much and I certainly will be back .

I booked Jane for a cut and style. I am so pleased with the cut. It is exactly what I wanted. Very professional and friendly environment. I wish I could see Jane for all my hairdressing needs but only on holiday here for a week. I think Jane should come to Cambridge and teach them how it's done! 🙂

Visited the salon yesterday to have my hair done. Always go to this salon as I am always pleased with my result. Chloe is absolutely amazing and puts 100 percent into getting my hair right. I am so happy and will be back soon xx

I can't praise this place enough. All staff members were friendly, the place itself looked immaculate, in both cleanliness and presentation, and I'm really happy with the entire experience.

Danny is an amazing stylist! I have been going to see her for a few months and each visit is just as amazing as the last. Even though she knows what I have booked in for, she always consults with me before starting my hair. Very polite, very bubbly and a pleasure to have do my hair! Cannot recommend enough

Had my hair restyled by Ann today and could not be happier with the result . Ann was so helpful and listen to what I would like . Was helped to pick products for my hair also. The service was outstanding and I would highly recommend this salon for all your hair dressing needs . The staff always go above and beyond.

I have been going to Chloe for years and am always very pleased with her work. Very pleasant experience. Was a little unsure of why some staff and. clients were not wearing masks. Chloe my stylist was.

I visited New Wave Wrexham as a new client about 2weeks ago were I had a wash ,treatment and blow dry by Jess. For a young lady she was really good and talked me through what products she was using and why. .We spoke throughout the treatment and she genuinely took an interest in what I had to say I left feeling a million dollars lovely relaxing afternoon in a lovely salon thank you .

I always have a great experience at New Wave, it is such a lovely salon, everyone there is so warm and friendly. Cerys does an amazing job of my cut and colour, so accurate technically on both fronts and her understanding of the science of colouring hair is amazing. She is very honest with what she thinks is achievable but listens carefully to what I want, and has managed to transform my hair into exactly what I wanted. She really takes pride in her work and is a lovely, down to earth person, so a joy all round coming to the salon.

I wasn't planning on getting my hair cut today it was a after thought, but I'm so glad I did 3 years of growth and breakage my hair feels amazing

Chloe and Hannah look after me equally each year, dependent on their rota - or I should say, dependent on how late I am arranging my standard 6 week appointment.. Today Rachel looked after my cut for the first time in over 5 years, I was rubbish in explaining my specific request to her but Hannah overheard whilst tending to her client and helped me out. In essence, the New Wave team can all follow each other and Rachel, with her many years of experience picked up and gave me a great cut. I did tell her that she gave me the most relaxing blow dry I’d had in years, I nearly fell asleep! That is a great compliment coming from an insomniac 😂
