Great service even with necessary Covid restrictions....

We were eager to get my daughters hair cut for back to school. The stylist did a superb job and was really kind to my daughter and took the time to find out what she wanted - even though it wasn’t easy for her to describe. She is super happy with her new cut. Thank you!

I had a last minute appointment and the stylist was fantastic. All safe under current guidelines but no drama. He was so thorough and did a super cut for me. I’ll definitely go back.

I don’t know the name of the stylist but she was lovely and gave a great head massage while putting in my conditioner.

The salon is spotless, hand sanitiser is available as you go in and you’re given a disposable gown and towel. You can still have refreshments, again in disposable cups. It’s lovely to have a little bit of pampering and take time out for yourself. I had a fab haircut and felt totally safe throughout.

Came here originally wanting a style change to short hair, Liz was fantastic, patiently talked through my (often contradictory!) ideas and gave me a beautiful cut and several more since. Really pleased to find a stylist who can cut and style short hair so well - have had some past disasters...! Thank you Liz, always a treat to have my hair done by you.

This is my third appointment with Lucy post lockdown easing and as always am thrilled with my colour. I feel Lucy has a vested interest in ensuring my colour looks good- she takes pride in her work, knows her clients so well and wants to deliver the best and most professional service. Not only that, I felt during lockdown I never lost that customer service from Lucy or Annmarie - they were connected, attentive and hugely helpful- let’s just say, I didn’t feel I arrived back in the salon in July with a full head of grey!! Brilliant service!

Absolutely love my new locks. Went for a radical change after lockdown, and took a punt on a new stylist (my usual one wasn’t working the day I needed to come to the salon). I love what Liz has done. Perfect, thank you ?

My second visit since lockdown and my hair is looking as lovely as it did before lockdown.

I thought she listened to how I wanted my hair but gave me suggestions on how to improve the style and get rid of some of my very thick hair. She was polite and friendly.

If your unsure and nervous about visiting a salon in these uncertain times with covid . I can reccomend knusford. Both Emma, Ann-Marie the salon manager adhere to all the health and hygiene rules to make your salon experience as good as it was before covid . Emma is a first class professional and makes you feel special when cutting and styling your hair . Also when your hair looks and feels good it uplifts you. Go on treat yourselves you will be glad you did.

Once again Lyndsey did my hair beautiful. After about 6 years of being blonde and wanting a chance Lyndsey captured my idea beautifully and has transformed my hair back into something i love.

Special mention to the lady who dried and curled my hair too she was so lovely and gave it a beautiful finish (sorry I didn't catch your name)

I can’t remember names, but myself and my daughter came in today and we were seen by all the team that were in, we both had colour and cut. Both of us were really pleased. It’s a great salon, the whole team is great and the feel of the place is welcoming and professional.

It was my first visit back after lockdown. As always the service and environment were first rate. I felt incredibly safe with all the new measures in place. And as ever my haircut (by Steph) was brilliant and exactly what I was hoping for. She even took the time to show me how to create more volume with the big corners at the end. Excellent!
