Excellent as usual. The staff are always very sociable and willing to listen to what is being asked.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Christian for the last 24 months now and I can honestly say I’ve never been happier with my haircut. To add to this the Tony&Guy staff/salon are also fantastic!

Christian as always, did a lovely cut on my hair and made me feel 10 years younger.

My roots have gone, happy about that but the experience was not good. I left with wet hair as I was crying and too anxious to stay any longer,

My usual Toni and Guy is in Manchester, but wasn’t able to make the 50 mile round trip after work.(I will be from now on, Natalie is amazing!!!)

Service was shocking; when making the appointment I mentioned I had a little one and asked if I was okay to bring her along to the appointment, they said this was fine, I asked again when I arrived for the appointment if it’s okay she was with me they said not a problem. (I have family near by who could have picked her up if it was an issue)

The looks I got the entire time from the staff were awful, I didn’t feel welcome at all, I am aware a hairdressers are not crèches, however she was on my lap the entire time, didn’t run off stayed with me. Made my anxiety so bad I was crying by the end of it.

They didn’t introduce me to the people doing my hair and showed little interest in me being there,

We went for a t section rather than half a head of my highlights but still managed to cost me more, didn’t stay for the blow dry so took that off the bill which I was thankful for.

As usual Lynsey & Bev did just what I wanted & I left the salon feeling good. Friendly & considerate service. Anna Marie always welcoming..

A big thanks to Bethany for the cut and blow dry yesterday. You took a lot of time and trouble. I also spoke with Emma Pringle about having highlights.

This was the first time Beth has cut my hair and I was really pleased with it.

Always an excellent experience at knutsford, staff friendly and helpful and always a good cut and colour. Would highly recommend thanks Emma and staff.

As always, the Knutsford Toni & Guy salon is a pleasure to visit. A lovely relaxing environment and super friendly staff. After a wonderful treatment and head massage I had a fantastic hair cut and blow dry by Emma. She knew exactly what to do with the cut for my particular hair and the blow dry was one of the best I’ve had. Fabulous experience ask round!

Had a haircut from Christian and he was superb

I’ve been going to T&G in Knutsford since 2008 and this was up there as my best experience to date. My 12 year old went from long hair to an extremely different and drastic, short style. We were 10 minutes late to the last appointment of the day and as it was a bit of an emotional experience for my daughter, the wonderful Emma, patiently and kindly took a full half hour to talk it all through with my nervous wee girl.

After much discussion, we went for the chop which I was dreading and all I can say is that I absolutely love it! My daughter however was quite obviously upset and regretted the drastic change immediately. Emma and the other lovely staff Amelia and Lucy, could see my daughter’s eyes bubbling and made every effort to make her feel better. The girls stayed 35 minutes past closing time on a Sunday and I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest.

I know my daughter was in the best hands possible and I want to say a huge thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being so kind. It meant a lot. My daughter remembered that she left without saying thank you because she was caught up in her emotions but she did say, “they were so nice to me mum, please say thank you to Emma’.

These are the things that count. Thank you ladies x

Such a lovely salon to go to and relax for an hour or two with friendly people who are also experts, Lucy is a colour magician, absolutely top in her field, and Steph seems to always know what will make hair look at its best!

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Offered plentiful drinks and magazines to read.
Liz always does a good job, colour and cut are always great. Advice is offered when needed.

Lovely funky short cut - short hair is so easy to mess up but I love the asymmetrical choppy style so easy to keep and manage
