I avoided this salon with a barge pole after they gave me tiger stripe 'highlights' in my dark brunette mop back in 2010. I reluctantly popped in for a fringe trim years later and met Christian. Fringes are complicated beings but Christian manages mine like a pro. So I started phoning up first to check he'd be in. It took a while for me to trust anyone there with cutting my hair but I resolved that Christian could be the guy. Not only does he actually listen to me (something I have never felt mainstream hair salons in Cheshire do. They always seem hell bent on turning me into a WAG), not only is he a genuinely good, nice and interesting guy, not only is he honest and tell me what will make my face look square and fat, but he's actually a really, really good hairdresser too! So refreshing! And he doesn't try to bully me into buying a load of products I don't actually need, although I would consider buying what he uses on my hair because it makes it look well nice.

As always great cut and colour.

Went for a darker colour which I don't like and will need to return to get it made lighter.

I like Toni and Guy in Knutsford. Anne Marie runs a good show and Kate and Katie are both great for cutting men's hair.

I always enjoy my visit to Toni & Guy KNUTSFORD, the staff are friendly and relaxed yet they are always professional. I'm always offered a drink when I have my hair done which is nice. The staff are amazing to watch and are highly knowledgable. The range of goods and services make this a really good branch. It's small but maintains the parent brand. The junior staff emulate their senior staff in customer service which creates a seemless experience. The hair wash and head massage are very relaxing and in my opinion one of the best parts of the whole experience. I've been going for around 3 years and would recommend this salon for it's consistently high standards.
