I managed to get an appointment just before the lockdown. The staff had all worked long hours but I still got my normal great service. Lovely colour from Lucy and a great cut by Beverley.

Very pleased with the haircut as usual but the salon was totally overcrowded and there was no distancing at all.

As good an experience as ever, despite current restrictions. Christian has lots of clients but remembers what you talked about during your last visit. It helps you to feel an individual.

My first visit to the salon in 12 months due to Covid-19. My hair feels amazing thanks to Safari.

I have been visiting the Knutsford Tony and Guy salon for a few years now and their service is always excellent! They are such a personable team and always make you feel so welcome in their salon. Not only that, but they are very professional and fantastic stylists who always do a great job whether it's a cut, colour or blow dry. I continue to be a very happy customer of this salon and always leave with a big smile on my face. Thank you to the Knutsford team but especially Christian, who I always ask to cut my hair. He's a first class superstar hair stylist!

Simon always cuts my hair well and we always have an interesting conversation. I think it’s quite expensive but will keep coming.

I came in for a wavy blow dry and to be honest I was really disappointed. The stylist suggested that rather than using the brush she should use tongs. I expressed concern that the curls would stay in place but she said it would be fine.
By 3pm my hair was poker straight. I could have done this myself and used straighteners to get the same result. Instead I feel like I wasted £33.
Normally I love this salon but today I feel disappointed and will consider going elsewhere in future.
