Great hair cut as always - Emma does a brilliant job.

One complaint - customers in the shop with dogs - one customer proceeded to brush her dog and put the hair in a ponytail! as somebody who has a dog allergy sitting sneezing and rubbing my eyes as dog hair flew about was not pretty.

Surely you should have a no dog policy in respect for the majority of your sensible customers

I travel 1hr to have my hair cut at Toni and Guy Knutsford. A fantastic team. My stylist Katie had a full diary and was contacted on her day off to see if she could squeeze me in. They go the extra mile. Went in for a trim and had a consultation - my stylist cut I've 6 inches off my hair and talked me into having a few scattered highlights. Love my new style.

Excellent as always

I visited today as a regular customer for an Olaplex and cut and blow dry with Emma. I love the Olaplex treatment. Nice salon, nice staff and Emma definitely is my go-to person for an amazing blow dry (curly or straight) in Knutsford.

Toni & Guy salon in Knutsford has the mpst comfortable and welcoming atmosphere I have ever experienced in a hair salon.
The staff did not just speak at me but spoke to me.
The stylist, Christian, listened and esured the style I asked for was what I really wanted. He was attentive, friendly and courteous and I was more than satisfied with the attention to detail in the finished product.
I would recommend Knutsford salon to anyone.

After battling with my son for years regarding getting his hair cut, I booked in with Toni&Guy Knutsford as my final attempt to get him to enjoy the experience! Very slow getting started. The colour burnt my head

I went in for a hair cut and was given the best service. The staff were super friendly and really nice. The man washing my hair was making sure I was comfortable and okay which was great! I asked for advice on my hair and got the best results! I will definitely come in again! Thank you to Emma who cut my hair! She did an amazing job! Thank you!!

This is my second visit to Toni&Guy in Knutsford. I'm not a massive fan of going the hair salon but Katie who has cut my hair before always makes me feel welcome and relaxed. Went for something much shorter today and I love it, really good cut and style.

I find the staff in Tony and Guy in Knutsford extremely helpful. The staff on reception are very professional and efficient. I usually have the same person to colour my hair and she is excellent, helpful and always very cheerful. The person who cuts my hair is the same, always gives me good advice and I'm always pleased with the result. I always get offered a drink as soon as I sit down and offered another if I require one. On the whole my experience when I go to Tony and Guy in Knutsford is first class.

Professional throughout

Ive been coming to the knutsford salon since I moved down here from Edinburgh in 2008. I've had my hair cut and styled by many of the senior stylists but having recently discovered Emma she has blown the socks off her peers!! I've had 2 failed 'short cuts' in the past but this time, I took the plunge and went from long to short with Emma because I trust her 100% and trust me I'm fussier than fussy!! I always feel I can discuss what I'm looking for in my cut with Emma and she's super talented. Please don't ever let her go! Farzana x

It was my first time at this salon and I had Emma, a stylist. I really liked the time and attention she spent making sure I was happy with what she was doing. I would highly recommend this salon!

I started going to Toni and Guy at knutsford in April, and couldn't be happier. Katie who cuts my hair is a really good stylist, she always talks to me before my hair is washed so we can decide the cut. I have never been kept waiting and I am always happy with the result.
I love the text reminders of my appointment as I can be forgetful.

Every visit, every time always very happy. Extremely friendly and professional service... I travel still to come here as I refuse to let anyone do my colour other than LUCY!

I celebrated a significant and ridiculously ancient birthday partly by making one of my frequent appointments at the shop. I have been a customer of stylist Bev ever since the salon opened and she never fails to give a perfect cut and manages to keep my hair in great condition. I value her advice with regard to cut and shape - a consummate professional . Anne Marie is kindness itself and her opinion of appropriate products is enormously helpful. Compliments were overwhelming last night at the party , thanks to you !

Great staff and good atmosphere

I have had a lot of bad experiences in hair salons, but must say Toni & Guy in Knutsford offer a fantastic service. Very friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. I have only ever had great colour & cuts here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the salon. Katie cuts my hair & is first class & Imogen has always done my colour again excellent.
