I cant recommend this salon enough, all the staff are so welcoming, they make you feel so special for an amazing experience time after time. I have been a loyal customer for many years and always leave feeling on top of the world. The brand and experience is amazing but its the team that take this palace of salons to the top level!

Very pleased with my cut and how easy it has been to style to style at home. I was also impressed that I was seen on time and the overall service I received from everyone

Lovely experience at Toni & Guy Knutsford. Polite helpful knowledgeable staff very professional.

I had a deep cleanse, colour and cut & finish and was really happy with the results. I literally walked out with the exact colour and style I asked for. I was a little worried having so much done would take its toll on my hair but I felt very confident that they knew exactly what they were doing and used great products.
The staff made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. I felt they were keen for me to get the best value too and ensured I got 25% off for my first visit which made a big difference to the bill.
3 staff stayed after closing time to finish my hair as it took quite a while to do everything I wanted but they remained professional and friendly throughout. They didn't rush to finish on time but made sure that they did everything properly and to my satisfaction.
Would recommend to anybody that wants to feel like they're in safe hands in a friendly salon.
The opening hours are really flexible too.

Everybody is very friendly whenever I go. You are made to feel very special. I travel from Barnsley to have my hair done.

Fabulous experience from start to finish.

I was very pleased yesterday when Toni&guy knutsford fit me in for a blow dry, they informed me it would be a trainee but it was one of the best blow drys I have ever had! I had a conditioning treatment too! Lovely experience and will definitely be returning.

It's with regret that I must say that I'm so so upset with my hair. I never said anything yesterday because I just wanted to get out and go home to have a good cry! It will take months and months to get this right due to the awful style I've been given. Nothing like I described at all and my husband and son were shocked when they saw it. Worse style I like I've ever had ????????.

Love this salon, great stylists, colourists and atmosphere. I have been going to this salon for about three years now and I am always pleased with the result. The staff are so friendly and great at their job, nothing is too much for any of them. The salon has just been refurbished and what a great job. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to T & G for many years and would not have continued if I hadn't been happy with the way they do my hair. I am also impressed by the quality and professionalism of all the staff.

Outstanding as always

After being a blonde (with help) or the majority of my adult life I took the plunge with the help of my Stylist Emma and advice from Lindsay (THE amazing colour technician). Ladies - it does t need to be forever but trust me you will love it and your hair will too. Why did nobody tell me to try it years ago! Highly recommended.

This was the first time I'd visited a Toni&Guy and I definitely will again. I often struggle to get hairdressers to understand exactly what I want, but Emma was great and took time to check what I wanted - both before the cut and as we were going along. Very pleased with the cut.

P.s. When I got home I found out my boyfriend had also had his cut by Emma and his looks great too!

My guilty pleasure has to be a big bouncy blow dry at Toni & Guy. Emma does a spectacular job bouncy or straight but this has to be the best blow dry of 2016.

Have been going to this salon for a couple years. Always a good chat and a good cut and friendly service.
Would recommend.
Probably not the best place to go for an edgy new cut as they always seem to play it safe.

An enjoyable time with super efficient service. Delightful shampoo with head massage left my hair in great condition. Followed by thoughtful styling where great care was taken by Emma to achieve a new look for me! Even the peppermint tea was delicious. Thank you.

Had an excellent head massage and cut. Stylist even touched up my roots with temporary powder colourant as no time to get my hilightz done.

I would really recommend getting your colour done here - Sarah is absolutely brilliant - I've had lots of people complimenting and asking where I had my highlights done.

I've been a client of T&G for 8 years. The level of service from the Juniors up to the Senior stylists remains absolutely impeccable. The standard of hygiene is superb and having travelled all around the world, it remains the best salon to go to!!

I would recommend this salon the staff are very helpful and friendly and give great advice

Booked into knutsford for a change from Stockton Heath.katie cut my hair. She was lovely, really listened to what I wanted and came away with the best haircut ever . Will be back.

My mum and I visited the knutsford salon on Friday afternoon. A lively atmosphere and a glass of wine set the scene for a good salon experience. As always Bev cut and styled our hair just as we like it. Everyone from juniors to reception and stylists treated us specially. We always look forward to our visits.
