We take great pride in our new salon and all our staff aim to provide the highest quality service to our clients. We’re sorry to hear that you found the basins and their seating to be uncomfortable; we do want everyone to feel comfortable at all times. I've got a spinal cyst myself, so completely understand ensuring good back support, on your next visit to the salon please ask for the basin to be lowered more, I've found this to be a better position. Or alternatively we will be having one of our old basins fitted downstairs so if this suits you better, we'll take you through to our personal styling room.
