Popped into Saks on last day of holiday in Chester. Needed a hair cut and colour rescue! The salon delivered the goods. First class service, excellent result, great communication and discussion beforehand. Friendly environment and comfortable surroundings. If I lived locally then this would be my regular salon.

I went to Saks due to a cheap deal but would definately go back at full price based on my experience.

Patient and down to earth, gave me exactly what I wanted with my hairstyle.

Used Saks for the first time yesterday and it won't be the last! They made huge efforts to fit me in and then provided first class service and s great haircut.

I had bonded hair extensions removed after an awful experience with the extensions and hairdresser elsewhere, I felt I was comfortable in there hands at Saks as I was so unhappy with my hair they removed my extensions, treated and cut my hair and now I couldn't be happier with it, it feels amazing and the hairdressers that tackled my terrible extentions were fantastic and took time to make sure I was happy with the outcome , my hair is now silky and so easy to manage and looks great !, Massive thanks for all the time spent and the talented hairdressers that made my hair feel amazing :D

I had my first visit to this salon on Saturday for a full head of blonde highlights to match my hair extensions and a trim with Annalee. For the first time in a very long time I left a hairdressers with exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier with the colour! My experience whilst in the salon was also very enjoyable and relaxing. Would 100% recommend, thank you very much Annalee and Saks Chester!

I always see Jon, is is lovely and I always have a good laugh. Everyone has commented on how good my hair looks- he always does such a good job. The only down fall is its quite expensive but I don't mind paying for really good results. Very happy :)

I had the most wonderful experience at Saks today! Not only did I feel looked after and listened too but I knew I was in the best of hands. All of the staff acknowledged my presence, with friendly smiles and chat! The level of service was impeccable and the leaps these lovely people jump to to help is mind blowing! Stacy cuts my hair every month and she does fantastic job every time. She is always professional and friendly. I would recomend her to anyone for a gents cut.

Needing perfect hair for my University society Ball was why I went to Saks in Chester for the first time! As soon as I came through the door I was greeted very warmly and offered a drink.

My stylist Jon was excellent, he knew instantly what I wanted for my look! We had a great talk about exactly how I wanted my hair to look, and what he was going to do. He is clearly very skilled at what he does, and knew exactly how to make my hair suit me perfectly. He even suggested some great products to help get that shine and softness I've been looking for! I was so happy with my hair, and it made me feel ready & beautiful for my Ball ^_^ I would definitely recommend to all my friends. It was a fabulous experience!

We had a lovely chat beforehand to see what I was after with my haircut and he explained to me how he will go about achieving the look I wanted. Calvin was very thorough and paid extra attention to my thick hair making sure it would last longer in between cuts.

After moving to Chester, I needed to find a hairdresser. I settled on Saks as Stacey had some great reviews - I certainly wasn't disappointed! She gave gave me some teslly good advice about best hair cut for me and I am delighted with the result.

Most of all lovely, friendly and welcoming staff! I went to Saks Chester looking for a colour change to go back to my natural colour after having highlights previously. Calvin matched my natural hair colour perfectly and I couldn't be happier! Not only that but throughout the whole 3 hours of being in the salon the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, I didn't want to leave!
Being a new client, I then received 2 £10 vouchers for the next time I visited the salon which was a lovely surprise! I will definitely be going back.

Was really pleased with Hayley's cut and service, she really listened to exactly what I wanted and I was happy with the cut and blow dry. I would definitely return for her to cut my hair again.

Stacey was very good and helpful ..such an asset .she's a brilliant stylist .Had booked in for a colour and highlites but will have to cancel as the price is way too expensive

It was really nice at 9am in the morning, but by 5pm it was falling out and there were still another 2 hrs before the ball started. I had to do resort to emergency tongs and extra grips.

Excellent service from first arriving to leaving. Stacey very professional giving excellent helpful advice. Very pleased with result. Recommend highly.

I recently went to Saks Chester for the first time for a massive transformation from red to cool blonde. No small undertaking!! Right from the start I felt I was in safe hands. Calvin worked some 8 hours on my hair. I was under no allusion that the blonde I wanted could not be acheived first go (if at all), BUT, OMG was I blown away with the result!! Soooooo happy with my hair. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed and the entire team are lovely.

I called into the store to purchase ghd straighteners with no knowledge of the product and was helped to pick the correct one for my wife. It was a very pleasant purchase.

Stacey cuts my hair and I am very pleased with her service. She's always lovely and friendly whilst also highly knowledgable and offers advice for my hair problems. All staff are lovely and friendly. Since coming here I haven't been anywhere else.

Visited this salon for many years and I can honestly say all stylists from Hannah, Stacey and John ( just the stylists I have been to ) are excellent from the cut, colour to the finish with the advice and techniques on how to look after your hair. Definately best salon in chester!
