I am really pleased with my new hair colour. Great care was taken to get the colour I wanted without causing damage to my hair. I also received good advice about the colour beforehand and advice about after treatment.

Went to SAKs Chester yesterday felt very much at ease felt Jon listened to me and how I like my hair wash cut and go - my first visit but will not be my last and for once did not need to go home and wash my hair from over styling may be getting on in years but love my upto date haircut - Thank you

I usually get my hair coloured & cut by Nikki, who is so lovely & brill with my hair, but she as she was already busy today, so I booked in with Stacey instead. Stacey was lovely to chat to, really friendly & was very particular about following what I usually have done by Nikki. Really pleased with my cut & colour today & it's great to know there are two stylists I can book in with now with complete confidence! Thanks ladies!

I received excellent service from the receptionist and hair stylist. I wasn't sure what colour or style to have. I was shown a colour chart and we decided on a style and colour, both of which I'm very happy with. I will definitely recommend the salon to family and friends

The salon was welcoming offering refreshment on arrival. Nothing but praise for Niki who always gives good advice as well as giving an excellent cut. You always leave with a feel good feeling.

Stacey from Saks Chester did a fantastic job of my hair cut. I was so tired of my drab and scraggly hair but Stacey has cut it into a fantastic bob and it's made me feel so much better! The receptionist and head stylist Nicki were lovely. I bought products which I am extremely pleased with. Very good advice and brilliant customer service.

I was recommended this salon by a couple of my friends a few years back and I have gone there ever since even had them to do my hair on my wedding day (many thanks to Annalee and Nicky - you did a great job)! The staff are fantastic - they are so friendly and knowledgeable - Jon always gives me great advise on what do you when I want to change my style etc. I have since gone on to recommend this salon to others.

My only grip is the price but I suppose you get what you pay for - I never leave the salon feeling disappointed

The customer service is fantastic - always welcome you and make you feel right at home! Within minutes a member of staff asked to take my coat and offered me a drink. Staff here are always so friendly and personable - and I always leave feeling gorgeous as they listen to what I want for my hair and they go above and beyond expectations. Thank you!

Love going to see Nikki and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Great banter but most importantly my hair looks fab and I get compliments on the cut and colour.All the staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Stacey is so lovely and such an amazing hairdresser. She listens to what you want and is so good at giving hair advice. I would never go to any other salon and csnt recommend saks, and.Stacey enough.

I've been going to Sak's Chester for several years and can only say good things about the salon. I usually see Stacey or Nicky and they are both brilliant hairdressers. Very friendly atmosphere and the receptionist Gail is lovely too. Considering the salon is in Chester their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend a visit to them if you are looking for a new hairdresser.

Haircut by Calvin. Thursday 19 January. Cut my hair exactly as asked. Very professional, courteous and chatty. Very satisfied with service and cut. £30 for a gents cut seems quite expensive, but no complaints on the finished results.

I was recommended Jon by a friend who has been seeing him for hair custs for a while.

I booked an appointment at Saks a few weeks ago because I hated the colour of my hair and wanted to feel confident again!
I was a customer at Saks about 6 years ago and to be honest I've never really liked the colour of my hair since I stopped going there hence the decision to go back!
I had my hair done today by Calvin, he was brilliant and friendly! I had a complete new look! Love the colour & cut! Looking forward to my next visit in March! Thanks Calvin and enjoy the awards in London ????????

Absolutely love my new style by Calvin! I came in with a few issues but had no idea what I wanted, I put all my trust in Calvin and I don't know why I've never been to him before! Would 100% recommend, all the guys were lovely in the salon too. You pay for quality.

Been for my first appointment at Saks today. All staff lovely, very attentive and looked after me well. My appointment was with Nikki and we had a thorough chat about colours (as my hair was a bit of a mess & very damaged) & she gave me great advice on it. My colour has turned out brill and a lovely new style to boot. Due to treatments I had my hair feels and looks in so much better condition. Really impressed would recommend to anyone.

I was advised what was best to do with my colour as I used to red on it, it turned out great. The hairdresser was very friendly and chatty.
The girl washing my hair was very nice too although she panicked a bit taking the colour off as it went all over my neck.
Pricewise is about the same as town hairdressers.

Excellent and friendly service.
Made me feel completely at ease even with Bell's palsy.
Highly recommended

As always left feeling fantastic after a lovely chilled out time at Saks Chester.
