I thoroughly enjoyed my washhouse experience, the young lady gave a great massage, followed by a lovely blow dry , which received many comments from my friends . Thank you so much !!!!!

Had highlights, cut and blowdry with the lovely Beth and the result was wonderful, had a slight colour change this time and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Would thoroughly recommend Beth to anyone looking for an amazing stylist.

I always have the best, most bespoke service when I come in for my extensions. I have them in and out at the same time! The girls that take them out are always patient, and Harriet always puts them in - perfect service and they always listen to exactly what I want!

My next set will be just in time for my wedding and I couldn’t be more confident in Harriet’s expertise.

I love my time at the salon, I get to read trashy mags uninterrupted, drink lovely decaf coffee and get my hair coloured, cared for and primped! Today I had the added bonus if a cheeky glass of Prosecco- a lovely way to while away a couple of hours

Always greeting me with a smile, Kirstie takes time to discuss my needs and preferences. I am looked after well with offers of drinks and up to date magazines. I feel totally at ease with Kirstie, with no awkward silent moments, while she expertly dresses my hair.

I’m not overly happy with the service I received due to the fact that I was supposed to have a certain stylist but it was changed at last minute I felt that I was rushed into making a decision on colour it looks like I’ve payed a lot of money for not a lot of difference

I popped in for a haircut last week. During the hour and half appointment it became apparent that the stylist was struggling and unfortunately once finished it looked as though I needed a haircut. Sadly, it was also cut so short it’s not possible to correct the damage.

Fortunately the salon recognised what had happened and I received a courtesy call from the owner which was appreciated. It was acknowledged the stylist had struggled and I was given a full refund, an apology and assurances measures would be put in place to prevent this happening in the future.

Unfortunately, I’ve now got to walk around with a silly haircut until it grows and I can get it re-styled :-(

Lovely salon! Jess was amazing, she’s so talented! I wanted to change it up a bit this time - she gave advice and did a great job! So happy!

She is a fabulous stylist and a kind warm hearted person
Her salon is freindly and attentive and on the occasional times when claire has been unable to style me her other hairdressers have also been great

Just came in for a blow dry but it was a lovely experience- massage chair, conditioning mask and Lisa produced a brilliant result. Just what I wanted and asked for.

I visited the salon this evening and had an appointment with Clare for a wedding hair up trial. Really pleased with the final result and cannot recommend the salon enough.
