I enjoyed my appointment with staff who were very friendly.

Lovely salon with good service and it’s great that it’s open until 10pm two nights a week.

The last 5 times have not been great and yet the prices have hiked up. Always feels rushed and results not as good as used to be. Changing my salon going forward.

Hair wash and removal of foils dreadful - colour good . General ambience sloppy , what has happened??

Harriet as usual was professional in her manner. She coloured my hair after discussion about what colours to use. She was willing to listen when discussing how I would like my hair and stopped at intervals to make sure I was still happy with my choice. She is a lovely person and I trust her completely with my hair.

I have been coming to 24 for some time now and have never been disappointed. Happy staff, lovely atmosphere and I trust that my hair is always going to be cut well. Can’t recommend Clare highly enough. Good glass if Prosecco too!

Hair cut was charged more than price quoted on the phone when making the appointment. It wasn't as friendly and fantastic as hyped up to be after all.

Really lovely salon, friendly as soon as you walk in the door. It was my first time at the salon and the stylist really took the time to find out what I wanted including products I may or may not want to use. Will definitely be going back.
