I’ve been coming to the salon for two years now and being new to the area I totally booked for the reviews this salon got. I can say it definitely lives up to the high ratings. My stylist Werner is an amazing stylist and an amazing person too who made me feel comfortable from the start. I was listened to and got what I asked for with high end results. I needed a change of style and booked into this salon. Kirstie discussed what I wanted and a plan going forward for a colour and highlights. I am absolutely delighted with my cut and the way it curls when I wash my hair at home. I feel confident that my colouring in the next couple of weeks will be superb too. The coffee and maltesers were an added bonus. I look forward to visiting again.

I love coming to twenty four hair. Always made to feel amazing, never disappointed.

Having my colour was brilliant, really quick with the foils, and for someone who is extremely head sore I had no complaints. However I did want to change my colour on my appointment and didn’t realise I would have to have a different patch test, maybe this could be told when on the phone? Also spending a lot of money on my hair to leave with it wet, is an awful experience. I even had to ask to brush my own hair at the end. To have it styled even straight would have felt valued as a customer

Lisa takes great pride in styling my hair, and blends the cut that suits me with the way my hair is changing as I get older. I feel I can relax and then come out looking my best, instead of worrying about the "one style for all" look.

As usual the service was excellent Akira was her usual bubbly self and my hair cut was just as I like it.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Very happy with the results of my cut. Definitely will be back in the future.

My first visit to the salon after a friend recommended. Very pleased with my cut and colour by Werner.

I booked a cut and blow dry, and was told it was £57. I wanted my hair cut quite a few inches to below shoulder length but specifically asked that it didn't rest on the shoulders as it then flicks out, looking odd. I didn't want layers. The hairdresser said as it was thick hair, she could take some weight out of it too. When it was finished she had cut it exactly as I'd asked her not to, so it rests on the shoulders and flicks out. It looks awful, so I have to wear it up in a hairband, which it just fits in to, with a very short stumpy pony tail. Surely it's not that hard to cut it the length I've asked. On paying, she charged me £65. When I asked why it was more, she said because it was a restyle. Really?! It was a cut. So I'm not happy I had to pay that amount of money for a bad hair cut. Sadly I won't be coming back.
