Harriet always engages in friendly conversation, and along with the coffee, it is a very satisfying few hours. I left feeling good about myself, and extremely pleased with my colour and style. My nearly 4 year old daughter was anxious about her first trip to the hairdressers and so was I given how curly her hair is! But Kirstie made sure she put my daughter at ease and was great with her. The cut was just what we asked for and her curls look great. Will definitely be going back.

My first time at the salon so was a little apprehensive, however after meeting Lucie my apprehension was quickly allayed. Lucie was confident and gave great advice with regards styling. My haircut is the best I have had for a very long time. Lucie has a new customer...I'm looking forward to my next appt.

It’s a really positive and welcoming atmosphere. Akira listens to how you’d like your hair to be cut and coloured but is happy to offer her advice. She matches the colour perfectly for my hair! The whole appointment from start to finish is great! I feel confident every time I walk out of the salon with my new haircut and colour! Highly recommend.

My stylist Werner is an amazing stylist and an amazing person too who made me feel comfortable from the start. I was listened to and got what I asked for with high end results. I needed a change of style and booked into this salon. Kirstie discussed what I wanted and a plan going forward for a colour and highlights. I am absolutely delighted with my cut and the way it curls when I wash my hair at home. I feel confident that my colouring in the next couple of weeks will be superb too. The coffee and maltesers were an added bonus. I look forward to visiting again.

I love coming to twenty four hair. Always made to feel amazing, never disappointed.

Having my colour was brilliant, really quick with the foils, and for someone who is extremely head sore I had no complaints. However I did want to change my colour on my appointment and didn’t realise I would have to have a different patch test, maybe this could be told when on the phone? Also spending a lot of money on my hair to leave with it wet, is an awful experience. I even had to ask to brush my own hair at the end. To have it styled even straight would have felt valued as a customer
