Despite an initial mix up on the date of my booking I had a lovely experience at TwentyFour with Lucie. She listened to my concerns around my current style and condition of my hair and was able to help advise on a suitable cut and length to get the most out of my hair.

Fabulous care and attention to detail at 24 as always. I’m always made to feel welcome, taken care of and they go out of the way to make sure I am comfortable and happy especially my favourite stylist Werner who goes above and beyond and who I would recommend highly.

I have modelled for Sophie during her training several times and the confidence she now has to get on and sort my colour, cut and blow dry is fantastic to see. I am really happy with what she has done.

My first visit to the salon today having been recommended by a friend. It is such a relaxing and friendly setting, and my stylist Becca did such a wonderful cut, exactly what I wanted. She then blow dried my hair straight to show me my cut and then put lovely waves through my hair. I will definitely be back.

Always a bit apprehensive about finding a new hairdresser but I needn't have worried. The staff were very friendly and polite and Claire listened carefully to my likes and dislikes. I'm really pleased with the result and will definitely be back.

Whilst I previously preferred to opt for Director level stylists, since using Werner I will now only use Werner! He is a great stylist. He offers great advice and my hair grows well into the cut - this is my benchmark of a good stylist. In addition, Werner is a great conversationalist with a relaxed approach.

I first visited the salon to have my hair put up for a special occasion. Instantly liked Werner and new I could trust him with my hair. So had a patch test for colour. He’s very professional and talented at what he does. All the staff are really friendly in the salon it’s a great atmosphere.

The lad that washed my hair was very good and made sure I was comfortable. Lisa who did my cut and blow dry was also very good. We chatted while she did my hair and had a few laughs along the way. Excellent.

I did not get the colour auburn
I asked for. I showed clear pics abs a senior stylist was asked and gave her guidance as well. The blond stripes I asked for are orange and my hair is burnt and breaking. I asked for a treatment abs Olaplex but was told there is not enough time to do this and I should come back another day for that.
Overall not happy with the results at all.

My stylists name is not on the list so the list needs updating! Lucie did a great job under very stressful ccircumstances as the salon was full and running behind time. Too many stylists and customers in too smaller space. Whilst at the salon,I tripped up the steps, leading to the waiting area. The owner was behind me and apart from asking me if I was O. K when I had the trip, she at no other time came to check on my wellbeing. My wrist was cut, bruised and swollen and I felt humiliated. I appreciate that the salon was busy, but surely my wellbeing should of come first? For the future, the owner should clearly mark the steps and have a sign making customers fully aware of their presence.

My first visit and it was fantastic! Akira was absolutely brilliant, she really took the time to get to know what I wanted done, asking questions during the initial consultation and checking in with me throughout the cut. She was also really friendly and lovely to chat to. I left the salon feeling great and with a haircut I love. Thank you!
