Had a great men's cut with Ashleigh. After years of trying to get a decent cut so glad I found her. Followed her when she moved from old salon. Perfect mix of listening to what you want, but adding her own expertise and explaining what she is doing and why. Can't recommend enough. As for the salon, a lovely atmosphere, really inviting and relaxing, and even a beer to sip on a warm Saturday. Perfect!

Eva and Hristina were lovely. I received outstanding service. Eva took her time to hear exactly what I wanted and helped with her expertise and knowledge to provide me with the result that turned out to be even better than what I was hoping for. My visit to the salon went ok until the moment she asked about what shampoo i use,we had a quick chat about it and that was it. Next thing i see is the lady with shampoo and conditioner already being in the bag leaving me with no way out of the situation,that was very unconfortable.I felt absolutely obliged to buy the products, i never said i wanted them, she never asked me if i wanted them or even advice the price!!! I felt very ridiculous and almost ashamed of the situation. They must have cost a fortune, :(

Special mention to Chrissy for today’s experience at the backwash. Absolutely wonderful hair wash, head massage and conditioning treatment with a beautiful comb through. It was the best I have ever experienced. So relaxing.

Hi.. B is so friendly & welcoming along with the other staff that helped getting me coffee & washing my hair. I love my cut & colour, there was a problem with my original appointment (which was not a problem for me) they arranged another appointment ASAP & when I returned I received a lovely gift bag of Molton Brown products to say SORRY, this was something that I didn’t expect & I’m genuinely surprised & think this is going above & beyond great customer service. A totally relaxing and revitalising experience every time. If I arrive feeling stressed and anxious I know that in minutes the calm, friendly atmosphere will change my mood and whilst Hayley works her magic I can unwind and reset. If she told me to die my hair purple or shave it off, I probably would - such is my trust! Even the Loo at Golson is a relaxing space! ?

Great advice on which treatment to choose. The scalp treatment was relaxing and my hair and scalp felt good afterwards. The bonus was the products to use at home. I'd certainly recommend this.

I was apprehensive about going to Brooklands, Golson as I was unsure whether they catered for mens styles. I am glad I went. The salon is very clean with a relaxing atmosphere, and Eva gave me a great style cut which left me feeling sharp and with a boost in my step. She also recommended the best products for my hair which I was able to purchase in store and take with me. I’ve already made my next appointment.
