Lovely hair cut colour and coffee

It is with a heavy heart that I have to leave this review. I have been coming to your salon since 2008 and have always been made to feel very welcome and a valued client. I have had several different stylists over the years and have always enjoyed my experience in the salon and loved my haircuts/colours/blow drys with all of them.
Over the years I have had different hairstyles and some of them have included a fringe. I’ve always been made to feel very welcome to come and have it trimmed in between haircuts. Recently I was advised that there will now be a charge for this service, which initially I understood, but then I was told it would be £15! I understand that time is valuable and if it was a long or particularly tricky appointment I could understand the justification for this high charge, but my fringe trims have taken a maximum of a couple of minutes over the years and when I’ve booked I’ve been told to come in in between clients so it’s not even an appointment slot someone else could use. But more disappointing, I came in last week a couple of days before my wedding only after having a colour and cut the week before to be charged £22 for a fringe trim which took about 1 minute, again after being told this was a spare gap between clients. To say I feel a little gobsmacked at this incredibly expensive charge is an understatement. This is by no means a complaint about Sorina as she has always been so professional and lovely, she was purely doing as directed.
I just feel let down and not valued as a loyal client of 14 years. I would love to be able to afford these charges but I already travel from Northampton to the salon and to pay £22 for a fringe trim every 3 weeks on top of my normal haircuts and colour is just not realistic or affordable for me anymore. I’d like to thank the stylists for there services over the years but sadly I will not be able to return with the current pricing.

This was my first visit to Decesare. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel welcome. I didn’t know any of the stylists, so I took a chance and booked with Rayne. She was friendly, professional, she listened to what I wanted and she talked me through every step. I was really pleased with the result. Thank you, Rayne!

Abbie did a fantastic job, she explained all the way through what she intended to do and why. I took her advise and am immensely happy with the result. Coming home and washing and blow drying myself, my fine hair is looking so much better. It was a bit of a shot in the dark as new to the area I am not familiar with the local salons but wanted to choose an independent local salon as like to support local businesses . I would also like to add that i normally feel anxious when coming to get my hair cut as for some reason feel
Intimidated,but was put at ease

Michael and his team are just amazing. I’ve always had unruly, terrible, hair. Today, Kiara and Rosie made it shiny and manageable again with their fabulous kerastraight treatment. And Michael always does a cut and colour that looks and feels amazing, and which holds the style for the longest time. It’s not just the hair though. It’s the service, the smiles, the way the team make me and everyone I can see in the salon feel relaxed, special and welcome. I will never go anywhere else.

So happy with how Abbie worked her magic on my hair. I'd completely fallen out of love with it and she gave her expert advice on colour and style and I love the results, brilliant at her job!

I had my hair cut today by Rosie and all I can say is, what an amazing job she did. I have been to so many different salons over the last 3 years and I haven’t found one that I would go back to. I will be a regular, such a lovely atmosphere and Rosie made me feel really welcome. Definitely will be returning! I am so happy I have now found my go to. Rosie was incredible, as always, when my 2 year old decided that she suddenly wasn’t going to get her hair cut after spending the entire morning talking about it. Rosie was patient and accommodating to ensure that we could leave with my daughter’s fringe out of her eyes. The time and effort Rosie took was greatly appreciated, and all of the staff interactions with my daughter were welcoming and friendly - so thank you.

Thank you for my new hair colour. I put all my trust in Kiara and she delivered. It's been an ongoing process and the before and after pictures show the time and effort that has been put in. Would never go anywhere else and would highly recommend the salon. The lighthearted atmosphere makes it an even more pleasurable experience (as long as Michael doesn't sing ?)..
