Whilst having a colour treatment at the salon I realised that my purse was missing. After a bit of a panic and search nothing was found. I had been in 1 shop before coming into the salon and rung to see if it was there and they said nothing was found. Freya then offered to walk up the high street and went into the above shop and found the missing purse on the floor.
I was so grateful and I thought Freya’s actions went above and beyond normal customer care. This was exceptional service and I couldn’t thank her enough.

Rayne was very intuitive, she put me at ease and in the hum of a very busy salon and in the middle of a salon revamp found us a quiet space to talk about my hair. I felt comfortable and looked after. I had been with my previous stylist for many years in a London salon but had had enough of the travel. I was a bit apprehensive at changing but I was made to feel really welcome at Decesare.
