Decesare Hair Salon

It was so nice to going to the salon again after months of uncertainty. But even though the obvious health and safety measures were strictly adhered to, it was like being pampered . The salon and the ladies and Michael are always welcoming. I’ve recommended friends there . And Charlene B is so lovely, every client is made to feel special!

It was my first time at this hairdressers. Charlene was absolutely fantastic. Its 2 weeks on since my haircut, and it's the easiest to manage for a long time, and is saving me so much time in the morning!

Lovely to get back to get hair cut after 20 weeks.

Oh how I had missed the hair God, but I needn't have worried. She was on cracking form and I am me again.

Excellent colour and cut

So lovely to have my hair cut for the first time since before lockdown began ....and...to get exactly what I wanted too. Thank you Claire for making me feel less of an Ewok - love my cut!

I was a little worried about social distancing while being in the salon. However, the team made it very safe and adapted high level service to the new normal of after pandemic UK.

Visited for the first time since lockdown was lifted, Rosie was so kind to my son making sure he was comfortable wearing his mask and went out of her way to make him feel at ease. Hand sanitizer was readily available and PPE. Rosie did a great job at cutting his hair even entertained him when cutting it.

I honestly don’t know where to start, my whole experience in the salon and with Rosie was amazing! Rosie was so polite and friendly and did everything to make my experience great. She talked me through every step from colour to cut and my hair has never felt or looked so good. I can’t thank Rosie enough! I look forward to next time.

Great advice and fantastic colour and olaplex with Charlene and then Michael worked his usual magic and sorted out my lockdown hair with a brilliant cut and blow dry. All guidelines were being followed and you all still made it a pleasure to visit. Thank you

I wasn’t sure what colour I wanted and Rosie took time discussing colours with me. I opted for pink and Rosie talked me through the process. I’m absolutely delighted with the results! The salon environment felt safe and the clients were well spaced. Thank you for a great experience again!

First day back for everyone and I was just about the last customer of the day. Fantastic buzz all around and the face shields were individually pimped which made it so much more personal. Claire did a grand job, looking after me and my hair.

The salon had a really Nice decor with a Luxurious & relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were polite, attentive & helpful. Charlene was great explaining about freelights & different colour options, I am very pleased with the finished results & the lovely bouncy curls, I will definitely be coming back.

Given we have all been waiting for the return of our salons, the team here have always been excellent and even during this current situation, they have still excelled. I received a call in June from Michael, he booked me in ready for the reopen of salons across the country as I had an outstanding appointment when lockdown occurred. My appointment was not due until the 23rd July but the salon called me this morning and offered an appointment with Rosie as there had been a cancellation and I cannot testify enough how thoughtful and professional they were. I never wish to go anywhere else and all the staff were wonderful. They have made the salon safe during this crisis and really continue to make you feel welcome and valued to the levels that existed before lock down. Rosie did a fantastic job with my hair and I feel so much better thanks to her work. I can now go into work on Monday feeling much more presentable.

My first cut with Rosie and love it. Also really impressed with all the steps the salon has taken to keep customers safe whilst still retaining its lovely atmosphere.

Having had the same stylist for two years I was quite nervous about having someone new and desperate to end the lockdown roots ?. Claire was amazing and have had so many compliments on my hair colour and cut. Already booked in again and thank you for making me feel amazing!!

Claire did a fabulous job with my 2 boys today. After 5 months without a haircut it was a mammoth task but she was awesome. The boys have never looked so smart! Thank you so much

Sorina did a wonderful cut for my 13year old son today. He wouldn’t let me anywhere near his hair over the past few months and has been chopping it himself with nail scissors (!). Sorina has cut it beautifully and he’s very pleased indeed. Excellent as always . Thank you so much

I love this place, the care and attention to every little detail especially the safety aspect post Covid is brilliant. They make you feel so part of the family but very special. Charlene always suggests different ideas and willing to spend time with you - I never feel rushed even if she has customers waiting - the care and attention is second to none

Today was one of the best days I’ve had in over 3 months. What a joy to feel normal, be able to chat to wonderful, friendly and kind people but at the same time feel safe! Michael your salon is as much a fun experience as it ever was but total respect to you for all the expensive changes you have made to make me feel safe and Charlene, how I could I have forgotten how much you make me giggle, how professional and kind you are and how you send me home with a beautiful colour, cut and blow dry. I've been really unhappy with my hair for a long time now and although I've tried various different salons and hairdressers, I haven't ever been entirely happy with the end result until I went into this salon. Michael was honest and realistic about my expectations, he reassured me, gave me plenty of advice and explained everything in detail leaving me full of confidence in his abilities which are clear for anyone to see. I was really happy with the end result and I cannot praise him enough. The salon itself was very well presented and clean with a nice atmosphere. All the ladies were lovely and made an effort to make you feel comfortable.
I don't usually write reviews however, I chose this salon based on their reviews and the level of experience and can confidently say to anyone who was in my position or just looking for an amazing salon to take care of you and your hair, go to this one. You wont be disappointed

I love the atmosphere - all staff are great. Sarah is always cheerful and good fun as well as doing a grand job on my hair every time.

Charlene is always very good. She has an easy-going personality and makes me laugh. So, as well as going home with a great hair do, I am also cheered up.
