I love going to see everyone as all the stylists and girls are friendly and welcoming, it’s a pleasure to have my haircut or coloured at Desesare ?

I couldn’t let this day go by without taking the time to write a review. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I would... and it would be very well deserved.
OMG! I am more than impressed with the amazing service Michael and his team provided me. I had to book an emergency appointment today as my long hair got very, very badly tangled (it was like 1 big dreadlock).

I was so stressed - I had been trying to untangle it for 10 hours at home without success and I was losing hope that it could be fixed and that I was going to be forced to cut it very short. After years of having it very long and taking good care of it, I was really sad.

I contacted the hairdresser and they kindly squeezed me in as soon as I explained the problem. Not only did they provide a wonderful service, Michael and the staff were very friendly, polite and educated. The place is beautifully decorated, the environment is very pleasant. They did an amazing job, extremely professional. Michael and his team have saved my hair. The amount of time he dedicated to me, even though he was very busy, and the patience and care he took to resolve this problem is out of this world. I just want to publicly thank you Michael and your team for everything you did for me. You really made me very happy. You definitely earned a customer for life and I am so glad to have found you. I would highly recommend you. Thank you so much again and see you soon. Best wishes to you all.

Had a lovely birthday pamper treat today as well as my hi lites, always come out very pleased, Charlene as always did a fantastic job.

Michael sat with me for over 30minutes carefully listening to what ideas I had and then he talked me through them thoroughly and added several of his own. Michael is lovely ! He’s funny and attentive and listens but he’s also not afraid to suggest things or respectfully disagree ! So looking forward to my new hair and my ‘hair journey’ as Michael describes it !!

Been to this salon today for the first time as it came up 1 of 3 top salons in Milton Keynes, so I decided to give it a go, I'm very fussy to who cute my hair , but I must say the young lady who cut mine was brilliant, I've had a under cut pixie crop and it looks great, great hairdresser knows what she is doing, I've booked to go back as I'm so happy, thank you

Can not fault the care, attention and consideration of the team but clearly Charlene who knows how worried I have been about my hair condition but really takes the time to chat things through with me and offer ideas - awesome experience every time I go in

Everything was explained and demonstrated clearly. Recommendations given on lengths & colour and questions answered with ease and confidence.

Lovely colour and cut. Sorina always offers very good advice. Always enjoy my visit to the salon.

Sarah is fantastic. My hair is always perfect when she does it.

Rosie chatted through the options with news I reallly wanted to go lighter blonde. I also discussed with Rosie that I’m growing my hair out from short to a long bob. Rosie recommended an Olaplex in conjunction with bleach highlights. I am thrilled with the results!

I’ve been using Decesare for over 20 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I always feel so special, everyone can’t do enough to make your salon experience exceptional and I wouldn’t have anyone touch my hair but Sarah.

Charlene put a couple of extra blonde highlights but Rosie blow dried my hair beautifully.

Sarah was brilliant as usual today. She gave me sound advice about colour and recommendations for how light to go, the results are fantastic and I am really happy with it. The blow dry is also great. Thanks Sarah. I will be back for sure.

Excellent curly blow dry, 1st time in 3 years I've managed to find a salon down here that does a really good curly blowdry with brushes not straighteners.

It was my first time at the salon, from the moment I arrived all of the girls made me feel welcome with big smiles and warm greetings. I was sat down and talked through my colour options and products to use to help recover my
bleach damaged hair. The finished cut and colours are amazing, I made my next appointment before I left. Massive thank you to the girls ! :)

I love the whole experience of getting my hair cut by Michael. I know that I can trust him and that is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Another is the quality of the cut - it keeps its shape and looks great as it grows.
The whole team are welcoming, even on the late night shift when I see them.

I first visited on recommendation of my wife as she started going to Decesare and I had great difficulty getting someone to do my hair the way I wanted before hand. I have now visited twice and have had my hair cut by Charlene. I am very impressed and happy with the service I receive and now feel like I can get my hair cut the way I want and have confidence in Charlene’s skills. Overall the place is very welcoming, they make you feel welcome and the environment is light hearted and not all all uncomfortable. I have no issue with price, I think it is very reasonable for the service you get which is outstanding.

I've been having my hair cut at Decesare for a number of years now. It's a lovely experience - a very friendly salon and very professional. I always come away really happy with my cut. Charlene is fab and I highly recommend her.
