Claire did a fabulous job with my 2 boys today. After 5 months without a haircut it was a mammoth task but she was awesome. The boys have never looked so smart! Thank you so much

Sorina did a wonderful cut for my 13year old son today. He wouldn’t let me anywhere near his hair over the past few months and has been chopping it himself with nail scissors (!). Sorina has cut it beautifully and he’s very pleased indeed. Excellent as always . Thank you so much

So happy to see the team again at Decesare. Had a desperately needed colour and cut yesterday. Came out feeling like a new woman. A big thank you to Charlene and Claire for making me feel amazing. First class service as always, with all the safety measures in place but there was still the usual friendly and caring atmosphere. All your hard work much appreciated.

I love this place, the care and attention to every little detail especially the safety aspect post Covid is brilliant. They make you feel so part of the family but very special. Charlene always suggests different ideas and willing to spend time with you - I never feel rushed even if she has customers waiting - the care and attention is second to none

Today was one of the best days I’ve had in over 3 months. What a joy to feel normal, be able to chat to wonderful, friendly and kind people but at the same time feel safe! Michael your salon is as much a fun experience as it ever was but total respect to you for all the expensive changes you have made to make me feel safe and Charlene, how I could I have forgotten how much you make me giggle, how professional and kind you are and how you send me home with a beautiful colour, cut and blow dry. I've been really unhappy with my hair for a long time now and although I've tried various different salons and hairdressers, I haven't ever been entirely happy with the end result until I went into this salon. Michael was honest and realistic about my expectations, he reassured me, gave me plenty of advice and explained everything in detail leaving me full of confidence in his abilities which are clear for anyone to see. I was really happy with the end result and I cannot praise him enough. The salon itself was very well presented and clean with a nice atmosphere. All the ladies were lovely and made an effort to make you feel comfortable.
I don't usually write reviews however, I chose this salon based on their reviews and the level of experience and can confidently say to anyone who was in my position or just looking for an amazing salon to take care of you and your hair, go to this one. You wont be disappointed

I love the atmosphere - all staff are great. Sarah is always cheerful and good fun as well as doing a grand job on my hair every time.

Charlene is always very good. She has an easy-going personality and makes me laugh. So, as well as going home with a great hair do, I am also cheered up.

Michael is professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I have had a year of disastrous haircuts in other salons, finally found a stylist I will stay with. Thank you.

Michael brilliant cut as ever and Charlene is just wonderful with my colour and olaplex- thorough and meticulous. And all done in a happy, friendly and relaxed salon. Great team, great service, great value.

From the moment I walked into the salon, I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Charlene did a fantastic job on my highlights, setting the balance perfectly between brightening blonde and a classy, natural look! I have had loads of compliments about my hair colour and cut and would highly recommend Charlene to everyone! Rosie and Hannah also supported with my hair transformation and all the staff kept me entertained and well watered! Thank you everyone! I will be back!

Excellent cut in a friendly atmosphere. Charlene pays great care and attention to detail when cutting hair and the end result is always amazing.

Rosie was brilliant. She kept me informed the whole way through the appointment down to what products being used to wash my hair to the haircut itself. Very professional and first time I’ve ever had this experience at a hairdressers.

I’ve been coming to Decesare for many years and always have a great service and results from the excellent shampoo through to the final result. However this is the first time I’ve splashed out to have a blow dry only, prior to going out for a special occasion. Try as I might, I can’t do it anywhere near as beautifully as Sarah does it. It gives me a real boost and lasts for days even with no hair spray.. well worth it. Thanks so much

Excellent as always

I'm in the middle of changing to a new style and need lots of encouragement to keep going. Today, the lady next to me said 'wow, that's a stylish cut' - just what I needed, and she assured me she hadn't been bribed by the salon!

I wanted to have my curly hair straightened (not permanent) for a change. I live in the North of England and visit the area regularly and wanted to find a hairdresser in the area.
I explained what I wanted, Claire listened attentively. I am very pleased with her hairdressing skills and my hair looks “wow”. I will be returning again. Thanks very much Claire.

I couldn’t let this day go by without taking the time to write a review. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I would... and it would be very well deserved.
OMG! I am more than impressed with the amazing service Michael and his team provided me. I had to book an emergency appointment today as my long hair got very, very badly tangled (it was like 1 big dreadlock).

I was so stressed - I had been trying to untangle it for 10 hours at home without success and I was losing hope that it could be fixed and that I was going to be forced to cut it very short. After years of having it very long and taking good care of it, I was really sad.

I contacted the hairdresser and they kindly squeezed me in as soon as I explained the problem. Not only did they provide a wonderful service, Michael and the staff were very friendly, polite and educated. The place is beautifully decorated, the environment is very pleasant. They did an amazing job, extremely professional. Michael and his team have saved my hair. The amount of time he dedicated to me, even though he was very busy, and the patience and care he took to resolve this problem is out of this world. I just want to publicly thank you Michael and your team for everything you did for me. You really made me very happy. You definitely earned a customer for life and I am so glad to have found you. I would highly recommend you. Thank you so much again and see you soon. Best wishes to you all.

Had a lovely birthday pamper treat today as well as my hi lites, always come out very pleased, Charlene as always did a fantastic job.

Michael sat with me for over 30minutes carefully listening to what ideas I had and then he talked me through them thoroughly and added several of his own. Michael is lovely ! He’s funny and attentive and listens but he’s also not afraid to suggest things or respectfully disagree ! So looking forward to my new hair and my ‘hair journey’ as Michael describes it !!

Been to this salon today for the first time as it came up 1 of 3 top salons in Milton Keynes, so I decided to give it a go, I'm very fussy to who cute my hair , but I must say the young lady who cut mine was brilliant, I've had a under cut pixie crop and it looks great, great hairdresser knows what she is doing, I've booked to go back as I'm so happy, thank you

Can not fault the care, attention and consideration of the team but clearly Charlene who knows how worried I have been about my hair condition but really takes the time to chat things through with me and offer ideas - awesome experience every time I go in

Everything was explained and demonstrated clearly. Recommendations given on lengths & colour and questions answered with ease and confidence.
