I wanted a tiny tweak after a fabulous restyle at the salon recently.
The team answered my email and booked my appointment for me…. all done out of hours.
I only wanted a little tweak but was treated to a full appointment, wash, massage, cut and blow dry… what a treat…. But afterwards they refused to take payment!!!
My hair is gorgeous and there customer service is second to none!!!!

What an amazing experience, DeCesare never fails to impress. You hair feels healthier and beautiful as it is not just about a wash and blow dry or a tint which is done beautifully and to a very high standard. You also get advice on your hair type and how to best look after it and the products are worth the money as you only need a small amount to make a huge difference. I travel a 50 mile round trip each time, in order to have my hair looked after by Lauren!

Lauren has cut my daughters the last few times we have visited and once again she did a fantastic job! Lyla loves the finished result and I cannot recommend Lauren enough!

What an amazing experience we had today! It was the most welcoming salon I’ve ever been to and everyone was lovely, nothing seemed too much trouble.
Lauren cut my daughters hair and totally pampered her - a lovely conditioning treatment, a head massage, a great cut, blow dry and then curled to finish! She felt like such a grown up girl and Lauren was amazing, thanks so much!
I used the time to discuss my own hair and have booked in for my appointment next week - I can’t wait!

I hve recently moved to UK from Dubai and am so happy to have found Kiara. The first time ever I have found a hairdresser that understands exactly what I want, but also goes beyond my expectations. In comparison to many counties I've lived in and many hairdressers that I used, Kiara is definitely the Best of the Best.

Very happy with second visit to Decesare. I've no idea about hair but thankfully Kiara gave me a great haircut without my interference, which is exactly what I wanted.

My welcome to the salon was open and friendly. I'm a guy with long hair so haircuts are a daunting experience as many stylists aren't familiar with cutting long haired men. Both Michael and Sarah (who cut my hair) were welcoming, professional and caring in their approach to my consultation and hair cut. Sarah welcomed feedback throughout the cutting process which left me feeling reassured and resulted in a style that I'm happy with. I will be back for cut N°2 soon. Great job guys!

I have been so looking forward to trying a new Salon and my visit to Sarah didn’t disappoint. First cut with Rosie. She was very polite and professional asking about how Sorina had cut my hair previously. She then proceeded to discuss how she proposed to cut my hair and delivered a great haircut.

I had my colour and a blow dry with Rosie today and over the moon with the result.
Rosie made me feel very welcome but most of all I came out of the salon delighted.

Rosie looks after my hair really well and always after a full consultation.
She cuts it to suit the hair and my needs. It's not the cheapest, but good cause as I can manage it easily between visits.
I'm often asked where I get my hair cut and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I always colour my hair with Keira. She is very professional, talented and has great attention to details.
