Brilliant colour and cut. Because I travel 100 miles for my hair. I tried a few local hairdressers but non could match Michael's standards. Glad I have returned. Value is a tricky one to answer. It depends on your standards and if you want a good hairstyle every time.

Raine is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been growing my hair so went through a year of no colour (!) however the fabulous Michael said that was the best way to get good growth. So yesterday - now my hair is much longer - Raine coloured it. It looks absolutely fantastic and the whole experience was wonderful.

The salon is so welcoming to all clients and staff incredibly friendly. They can not do enough to make your experience outstanding.
I have personally had a LOT of hairdressers , but since finding Abbie at this salon , I would never change !
My highlights have always been faultless with the blonde brightness , nice mixture of shades trying to disguise my greys and not show a sharp regrowth line ….
Abbie explains everything before starting and always finds a solution on my description of what I’d like from each visit. Every single time I walk out of the salon, I feel my hair is exactly what I imagined or even better than I imagined.

I had never had my hair coloured before (well, other than a box dye) so I came to see Rayne, and this is my second colour with her. She listens to what I want and executes it perfectly. We came to the salon today for my daughter to have her second hair cut with Liz. She has been telling all her friends about her hot chocolate and sweets and how nice Liz is. Liz was so professional, listened to what my daughter wanted and gave her advice and talked about how to look after her style at home. She made my 10 year old feel heard and very grown up!
While Sat waiting for my daughter it was so lovely to see the staff in the salon all helping eachother and supporting training. In all areas of the salon staff were giving opportunities to practice and have a go. It was really wonderful to watch.
