After 12 years with my previous hairdresser in a different town I was apprehensive about going to a new one. When I arrived for my consultation with Abbie I really liked the friendly atmosphere. After 12 years with my previous stylist in another city I was apprehensive. However when I went for a consultation I liked the salon, clean, well-equipped and friendly. I had never had my hair coloured before (well, other than a box dye) so I came to see Rayne, and this is my second colour with her. She listens to what I want and executes it perfectly. We came to the salon today for my daughter to have her second hair cut with Liz. She has been telling all her friends about her hot chocolate and sweets and how nice Liz is. Liz was so professional, listened to what my daughter wanted and gave her advice and talked about how to look after her style at home. She made my 10 year old feel heard and very grown up!
While Sat waiting for my daughter it was so lovely to see the staff in the salon all helping eachother and supporting training. In all areas of the salon staff were giving opportunities to practice and have a go. It was really wonderful to watch.
