Len always takes the time to establish what I want, even though he has looked after my hair for a long time, I always feel he never assumes I'll want the same. Always a fantastic cut, that he takes time over.

This was my first haircut in over a year and my first cut at Renaissance. I was asked what I wanted. Chris seemed to really understand my hair type and gave me lots of advice on maintaining it. The cut is lovely. Very happy indeed.

As always love my hair and great customer service

After 4 months my hair was extremely curly and thick I am naturally curly but generally straighten it with a hair dryer however with lockdown I decided to leave it to its own devises and let it dry naturally, Mark has trimmed it beautifully and I will be able to wash and go, naturally and not feel that my head of hair could be suitable for birds to nest in.
