Jess is always very bubbly. With the difficulties everyone is facing at the moment due to Coronavirus the salon was pretty much empty , just me and one other. Very pleased with my hair colour and cut. Coffee as good as ever.

Jess just got me! She instinctively knew what I wanted and had the skills to do it perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for more.

They pay attention to your needs, they do a haircut which suits your personality and easy to look after on an everyday basis.
Mark is wonderful in finding the right and most suitable colours for you. Len is amazing doing a magical haircut, Mark is really great too.
I like both of them and will carry on going to them because I think they are the best hairdressers I have ever come across and great people too.

I have going to Renaissance for 10 years + and I have never been disappointed. Attention to detail and no assumptions about what I want... it is always a discussion... also, if Chris knows that will not really work for my hair, he will say, . What is really great is that time is taken to get to know you as a human being, and in is sincere... you are not just a body in a chair.

Len has been cutting my hair for about 30 years and always does a great job!

It's so nice to have a hairdresser you can trust. Jack always gives me a cut that flatters my face. He took me from long to short and always listens to what I want. I have really thick hair and it never seems to be a problem for him. So glad I found him
