Jess went through my style options, listened to what I thought I wanted and what products would best keep the style. She was very helpful and talked me through what she was going to do. I walked out feeling great and booked another appointment

Jess, as always knew exactly what colour and cut would suit me best and I love the outcome! I am always put at ease immediately and we never stop chatting. She is so good at knowing her customers and remembers conversations had 6 months previously. She is a fantastic stylist and I always walk away with a smile on my face and a spring in my step, full of confidence.

I was very nervous as felt hair wasn't in great condition! As soon as I walked in the member of staff who met me was friendly. Jack has done a great job and made me feel more comfortable, he was very friendly and I am so pleased with my new hair! Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend, felt very save due to Covid too. Jack did a very good job at a reasonable price and exactly what I wanted. Friendly and relaxed. I'll definitely visit again and have already passed on Jack's text to two friends re a discount for me and those friends. That's a nice incentive.

It was wonderful to walk back into Renaissance after 6 months and receive such a warm welcome from everyone. My hair had grown so long and was desperately in need of a good cut. So a huge thanks to Jess for working miracles on the condition and colour. I walked out of the salon feeling fabulous!
I must also praise all the measures in place to keep both staff and clients safe.

Very early appointment but I would have camped outside overnight if necessary having waited so long!! So glad to have my hair cut. It looks fabulous. Feel like a new woman!

Jack cut my daughter’s hair and the haircut is great, he was polite but friendly and really approachable. The salon felt clean and airy and the whole experience faultless. Highly recommend!
