HOB Hair Salon Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

Some has been cutting and styling my hair for nearly 10 years now. I started going to Hobbs as I felt the service was always superb, friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend both Aime and the team at Gerrards Cross for anyone considering their services.

Your girls are very welcoming and helpful .I had a amazing head massage while having my hair washed ....I feel that the young girl who dried my hair lacks experience even though she tried her best .I.wanted lots of body in my very fine hair as I was going to a wedding so wanted to look my best .but I must admit I was disappointed with the end result .he lack of blow drying skills was the problem .done on a cool heart and . blow-dryed from above the hair instead of underneath like I said she tried her best but lacked confidence when dealing with my hair but in time that will come from practice .I wish her well I the future ty julie

Nick has been fabulous over my last 3 visits! I foolishly used a product in my hair over lockdown which reacts with bleach highlights. Nick tested my hair on several occasions and carefully picked his way through my hair adding bleach in only safe areas. Yesterday he managed to get highlights throughout my hair and I’m a very happy bunny! Just in time, I move to Cornwall on Tuesday. Thank you Nick ??

It was lovely to see Sammi again after such a long time and as it was an early appointment, I felt more comfortable as it wasn't as busy as my previous appointment. Since shielding for much of the lockdowns I get a bit anxious in busy, noisy environments. This was perfect. I was well looked after and will definitely return! Sammi knows I colour my own hair but I know I could get this done at Hob if needed. Welcome back Sammi!

I have had one of the best experiences at HOB! The first stylist I went to was Maria, who did my colour and I absolutely love it! Red heads have more fun! Then I went to Nick who did a great job on my afro 3c/4a hair which he managed to blow dry and trim from curly to straight. What a good job they both did and I was right on time for my event. HOB has friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere.
I will definitely recommend!

I have been going to Hob for 9 years. My stylist has always been Aime. She is truly exceptional. In all that time she has consistently cut my hair beautifully. I have never stayed with the same hairdresser so long! My colour has been done by Nick twice now. What can I say! His attention to detail and client care is amazing. I think he has transformed the salon - he has a rare combination of talent, genuine care and non stop hard work.

Kindly squeezed me into her busy schedule. Did a marvellous job.

Very organised and a safe venue. Very clean and friendly. My stylist Aime is simply the best. Being in the older age group it can be a bit intimidating going to a young trendy saloon where all the stylists have long straight hair but I was made very welcome. Thanks to all concerned.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 10 years. The service and expertise from Maria my colourist and Aime and Mei is amazing. I had two colour sessions with Maria as she explained in detail the best way to achieve what I wanted. She was honest that I would not get the ‘look’ instantly and would need 2 sessions. I ended up with even better results than I had expected. Love my colour and Maria is such a lovely colourist. Mei also gave me the confidence to try a new hairstyle, went very short and loved it. Aime is also fab, been going to her for follow up cuts. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly and the best hair experts I’ve been too.
