Good experience in spite of Covid PPE necessary precautions. Very pleased with cut. Do wish receptionists would not keep calling me on day of appt to ask if I can come earlier though! Happened again - 3rd time. Makes for less relaxing afternoon...

I brought my 7 year old in for a haircut and Holly took excellent care of him. She listened carefully to what style I wanted for him and did a brilliant job. Afterwards my son (who doesn’t like getting his hair cut) said the best bit was Holly rubbing the shampoo into his head - it was very relaxing! ??

Holly was good asked all the right questions before the cut so no nasty surprises. Maria was great, made me aware of what exactly to expect colour wise. I told her my concerns and she made sure that did not happen.

I have only recently begun using a salon as opposed to a barber for my hair and was recommended to use Hob Salons by a friend. This is my second visit and I found Holly to be incredibly polite, professional and helpful. All staff were wearing masks and using gloves, there was sanitiser at the door and everything appeared to be clean and sanitised. The distance was always maintained and plastic sheets between clients provided an added level of safety. I hope to continue using this service in future.

I had an excellent haircut from Mei. I felt she really listened to me and gave some great advice on what suits me. (Eg I have apparently been passing my hair on the wrong side for years!). This also included some colour advice as I have recently let myself go grey and wasn’t sure if it suited me. The colourist, Maria looked at my skintone, to help and advise. Overall it was really excellent and thoughtful service.

Great visit, as always. Jen takes exceptional care of her clients despite it being her last day before mat leave, she was as attentive and brilliant as usual.

FRANKIE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND I LEFT THE SALON VERY HAPPY WITH THE PERFECT COLOUR AND CUT. ON THIS REVIEW I WAS ONLY ABLE TO CHOOSE ONE STYLIST BUT I ALSO HAD AMIE FOR THE CUT AND THAT WAS PERFECT TOO! BOTH GIRLS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR THANK YOU

As always, Aime did an excellent job. Service was excellent, always is and Elle did a outstanding job washing my hair. The massage was very relaxing.

Had Jen, Gerrards Cross been going there for years, even though I moved to Kent. Jen is really good and I’m always pleased with what she does. The last time I went I was horrified when they asked me for £197 for what I had done. This (to me was nothing different than I had done previously) I questioned the price the girl at the desk said something about ‘foils’ I asked her to go and check with Jen, she came back and said it will be £150? Which is what I paid roughly last time. I’m unsure as to why you are charging that price? I am thinking of going elsewhere as your prices are ridiculous!

Lovely , relaxing morning with Jen. Half a head done brilliantly. A good wash with the apprentice who asked constantly about my comfort and if everything was ok. Highly recommended.

This was the first time Vikki has cut my hair and I think that it is the best hair cut I’ve had in a long time.

I asked for roots growth and two small strands of colour, the charges were £50 for a head of roots & £46 for two small strands. Very excessive charges

Had a fab head of foils put in by Maria followed by cut and blow dry with Vikki. Both excellent at what they do and lovely people too. Vikki is an absolute perfectionist and I have been having my hair cut there for many years. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Mei is a fantastic Stylist and quite simply, I wouldn't go anywhere else! She pays incredibly high attention to detail, to get things absolutely spot on, making sure that you leave with exactly the cut and finish you are looking for. Clearly an expert in her field, I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Perfect as always!

Hi Mei, I had my hair colour (tint & half head foils) on Tuesday 8/9 for the first time with Maria, who did a fantastic job, however her name is not on the above stylist list so I cannot leave feedback for her.

Holly did a fantastic job on my cut and she has mad blow out skills! My hair usually never holds its style, but the morning after and it still looked fabulous! I highly recommend Holly!

My hair had lost its condition and resembled straw. Jen offered advice and support advising ne on future care/maintenance. Her expertise in Colour and cutting is the best ever! I cant speak too highly of her!

I went in with an outgrown balayage, wanting it refreshed and to go a bit lighter, after nearly 5 hours I left with white blonde hair at the front, orange hair at the back, patches everywhere. I didn’t think this could get any worse but I was wrong. When I returned to have it “corrected” an all over toner was put on to turn it all a caramel colour, but this had no effect on the orange hair and turned the front green! After a visit to the Amersham salon they managed to make the most of a bad situation and correct it by turning it all over dark brown. So after 8 hours across 3 salon visits and wanting to go blonder I am now all
Over a very dark brown! Honestly the worst colour experience of my life. Just want to add I couldn’t fault the stylist at Amersham, she was brilliant and made me feel a lot better after a very traumatic experience at GX

I have been a client of Jen’s for many years and have always thought that Hob do everything to make me feel valued and give me a good experience. Jen is a really good hairdresser who always listens to my concerns and gives me a great haircut. Obviously going to the salon is a different experience now but I think they are doing a good job and I feel comfortable.
