Holly was very attentive and asked many questions during the initial consultation. She was very thorough and gave me a great haircut and awesome blow dry!

Wasnt seen with dry hair before cut for consultation, only after hair washed which i thought was unusual.

Being a creature of habit , I had continued having my haircut at the same salon for about 20 years then, following lockdown,, I decided to try an alternative one and the entire experience was so smooth and rejuvenating, I immediately knew that the monthly visits were going to be uplifting - I knew that I would walk out of the shop feeling happy and at peace!!! Mai’s haurcut has been perfect from the second session ( the 1st one was almost there too!!

I love my new hair it feels like me. Got my hair done blonde. First time getting it done. The people there are the sweetest, kind and funny. As time went on more of them came an joined in I felt like I was getting pampered loved my experience with them and will definitely go back to get it done again xx?

Aimie and Marie were both booked for me. Sadly, my hair couldn’t be bleached but Marie advised a treatment and toner instead. Her advice is always good and she is just brilliant. Aimie, as always, gave me a great haircut.

Maria is simply a fantastic colourist. She has transformed my harsh brassy highlights - a lockdown travesty - into a beautiful subtle and healthy colour. She’s also a lovely person to spend a couple of hours with - I really look forward to my appointments ☺️

From the hair wash through to the blow dry, this was a great experience and very relaxing.
Vicky was incredibly sweet and lovely to speak with, and took her time with my long hair making sure it was how I like it.

If you ever need someone to fix a colour gone wrong this is the stylist to ask for. I have exactly what I wanted, she managed my expectations really well and she performs! Love my hair soo much!

Because of shielding I last had my hair cut at Hob GX before the March 2020 lockdown. Booking was enjoyable and as my former regular stylist was away I was gently yet professionally persuaded to try another competent stylist. Warmth and genuine care on arrival was highly appreciated. Due to ongoing Covid risk I chose, with great sadness to decline one of my favourite pleasures at Hob, the hair wash and head massage. My stylist was superb instantly donning a mask and opening the salon door. Her professionalism, skill and care left me with a fantastic result. Thanks so much to her and Hob.

Mei asked me what I liked about my hair….great question! I knew that it didn’t have any shape and it was far too long. Fantastic cut and finish. Well thought through and not rushed.

Had my regular cut and blow dry with Mei yesterday and, as ever, I left the salon with a great cut and feeling renewed.

Very professional, actually listens to what I’m asking for and does a lovely job. Very knowledgeable regarding colour, and what will work and explains everything clearly.

It was my first time at HOBS GX. Aime was so lovely and cut my hair really well. The staff were all so friendly and made me comfortable in the salon. I was also offered a discount card and offers I had not known about, very kind of them.

It was my third time having my highlights done by Laura. She has been gradually lifting my hair from a build up of ‘home colouring’ to a lovely ‘salt n pepper’ shade. It’s great having a hairdresser that actually listens to what you want and sets out to achieve it. I’m completely 110% satisfied. I would also like to thank Holly who trims my hair.
I would ‘without a doubt’ recommend HOB’s and especially Laura if you want to achieve your ‘desired’ colour. OUTSTANDING!! ?

Charlotte already fixed my highlights but they needed a toner as I had been in the sun. Able to fit me in same day and the treatment was efficient and finish exactly what I wanted. Charlotte always does my hair! She is currently working to help make it healthier, longer and thicker. Since I’ve been with her I’ve seen amazing results as she has helped guide me to look after it.
Recently Charlotte styled my hair for a wedding. Not only did she get what I was after but strongly exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked.

Amazing cut and blow dry after but can’t remember her name !

Went for my first haircut since COViD and felt very comfortable. There were screens up at the sinks and I was positioned by the front door and given the option to keep it open. Had a great cut & blow dry by Vicky. Will be returning!
