Rosanna knows just how I like my hair and she always gives me an excellent cut and blow dry.
When I went shopping after my appointment, a shop assistant asked if I had just had my hair done as it looked lovely. She also asked where I had it done - so I told her!

I live near Ruby Lane, so it is nice to have a local modern salon right on the doorstep. Lovely atmosphere and the prices are reasonably in line with rising costs of everything! Angela a great stylist as always listens carefully to what I want and offers advice when needed.

First time Nicola has cut my hair and was a lovely experience.She was very chatty and made me feel very welcome.

Lauren immediately put me at my ease as I have had terrible haircuts previously with other salons not this one! Lauren gave me great advice about encouraging the curl in my hair and discussed everything with me beforehand. I now have a lovely new haircut! My only problem was that as I paid by card and had no cash I was unable to leave a tip. That will be for next time!

Lauren was lovely. I had never had a “curly girl” cut before, and although Lauren seemed to cut very little hair, the difference to the shape was really noticeable. Very impressed.

I hate hair salons and haven't had my hair cut in a while. Totally put at ease by the lady on reception and Grace, who was easy to talk to and gave great advice and information and listened to what I needed from my hair cut. Was so impressed that I booked my next app before I left, which I never do!

Chloe was really professional, she carried out highlights and low lights and I really love them she did an amazing job.

My hair had grown out of shape and was an embarrassment. My stylist today was Tyannah.

Fabulous as usual

Serena helped me rethink my colour to lower the maintenance of increasingly grey roots. Went for a colour change from warm dark brown with warm tones to cool smokey ash tones. Absolutely delighted with the outcome and love my new colour. Had a lovely time as usual at the salon which is always welcoming and relaxing! I’ve been a customer for 6 years now and couldn’t rate Serena and Ruby Lane more!

No words can I give to express enough compliments to Serena and her staff. The service I am given is impeccable. I always come out feeling good after having my hair done

And she has done a fantastic job love the style hundred percent better. The only problem I have is whether I wear it straight or curly lol ?
