I always have such a lovely time being in the salon. They do Curly Girl cuts and have managed to keep my curly hair in good condition whilst allowing me to go lighter! They always offer drinks, all the staff are so friendly. I love going to Ruby Lane!

Serena is absolutely amazing at what she does! She really takes the time to understand what you want and ensures that everything is in your best interest! I always come in and give Serena a few ideas and then leave her to decide the rest as I trust her 100% when it comes to styling my hair. The best hair stylist I have ever come across and had the pleasure to meet! Would recommend to anyone!!

Nice surprise drinks and biscuits were brought swiftly on arrival. All staff were efficient and pleasant, even ringing to check on my appointment.
I was very pleased with Grace’s cut again. She is worthy of an upgrade in title from ‘Junior Stylist’ and her fees are far more reasonable than even the top stylists in Aylesbury!

It was brilliant. He translated my vague instructions into a decent haircut. Was perfect.

Jaiden is fantastic and always does exactly what I need him to do. If there is anything that he feels isn't the best thing for my hair, he explains the reason why and we agree on a plan.

Great colour and cut

Lauren is a real expert cutting curly hair. Took her time and even styled it properly with lots of tips to takeaway. I’m so impressed and will be recommending to other curly girls! Thank you

Asked Chloe for advice on colours as wanted a blonde colour but have dark hair , she was great ? finally went for a blonde and mid range colour …hair now looks fab !!!

I thought Sarah- Jane was an excellent stylist very professional. I had my Grandaughter with me and she wanted to brush my hair so sarah - Jane got her a block to practice on. I thought that was lovely.

She was very friendly and really helpful, recommending what style to go for and explaining each product she was using. I was really happy with the finished look. So good to go there. Grace is such fun. Straight talker but super client care. Remembers stories I've shared (superb memory!) Super advice about my style. Makes me giggle.

Nicola is so nice and friendly. She listens to you and is genuinely interested in your answers to her questions, which are not all about where I am going on holiday. It is only the 3rd time she has cut my hair and she is getting used to it.
