Leanne listened to my concerns about my hair. She was very thorough in her assessment of my hair type and the results that could be achieved. She used products on my hair before blow drying it. I found her very reassuring. She didn't rush and I was really very pleased with the finished result. I will book again! Thank you.

Requested a trim and wanted to show thicker hair. Chloe suggested that we cut and then decide once dried .. I wanted to show more layers and Chloe was spot on. I have had lovely compliments about my hair cut . Thank you

Loved the advice given and the result. I didn’t fully know what I wanted, but Jaiden managed to make me feel at ease about how many foils to use and where to use them. Love the end result, it’s exactly what my hair needed!

Angel washes my hair well with a relaxing head massage. She really understands how I like my hair and cuts it carefully and checks it is even and symmetrical. As testament to Angel's skill my hair grows out very well. The salon is clean and everyone is cheerful snd helpful and it is a pleasure to visit Ruby Lane.

Forgot to tip, sorry, been in a brainfog for 4 weeks.

Unfortunately didn't actually take only underneath, top still dead straight. Friendly welcoming but didn't expect to have to leave dripping wet although was dried up some and would have liked suggested aftercare so googled to double check.

Such a lovely salon with wonderful friendly staff and stylists.
