Wow! Lauren did an excellent job with my hair today, I didn't think it could look and feel so good. Lauren was also very informative and knowledgeable on all aspects of curly hair. I will definitely be back, next appointment already booked, and I will also be spreading the word as there aren't many other salons that are experienced in cutting curly hair!

Another very happy young lady so lovely to see our Heidi came home with her lovely long hair cut and textured by Jaiden!

My Grandaughter who is nearly sixteen loves her hair cut and styled at Ruby Lane!!
I booked her in for a treat as she is in the middle of exams at the moment..
She always has Jaiden and says he knows exactly how she wants it..and listens, she has very thick long hair so it needs skill and precision in the cut..
She always comes out smiling and very happy!

Angel always does a fantastic job whether it’s just a cut or colours.
This place has the warmest and friendliest atmosphere of any Salon I’ve ever been in.

I booked 2 hair appointments for my 2 daughters, one is 8 and the other is 13. I cancelled my 8 year olds appointment 48 hours before since she was ill. We only had my 13 year olds appointment. I paid a £10 deposit and I was told the total was going to be around £40 for both girls. But after the appointment they charged £31 pounds + £10 deposit. I think I’ve been charged over for the haircut, and I’d like to know where the mistake is. Angel is lovely and did a great service. I’m not very happy with the price.

Lovely hair cut

I had a momeypiece with random scattered highlights. I went from brown to a lovely ashy blonde no problem. Hair still feels in good condition. I got free herbal tea. And always love the shampoo head massage! Reasonably priced.

I was pleased with the results because they used smaller curlers or rollers

Great as always. Angel knows what I like and always gives me options. The salon is clean and a welcoming space, thanks to all the staff for making it that way.

As always a friendly homely atmosphere.

Leanne listened to my concerns about my hair. She was very thorough in her assessment of my hair type and the results that could be achieved. She used products on my hair before blow drying it. I found her very reassuring. She didn't rush and I was really very pleased with the finished result. I will book again! Thank you.

Requested a trim and wanted to show thicker hair. Chloe suggested that we cut and then decide once dried .. I wanted to show more layers and Chloe was spot on. I have had lovely compliments about my hair cut . Thank you

Loved the advice given and the result. I didn’t fully know what I wanted, but Jaiden managed to make me feel at ease about how many foils to use and where to use them. Love the end result, it’s exactly what my hair needed!
