Naomi was my stylist - she is amazing!! This was my third visit - having had Naomi on my previous visits to colour my hair. Naomi coloured it just as I wanted and explained everything that she was doing - 3 different procedures. The results were just what I wanted. Always excited about what results I will get always better than expected!! Already looking forward to my next visit in 8 weeks. Naomi is a very kind and friendly stylist. Definitely recommend!!

Arrived to a warm welcome and seated. Talked through with Angel what I wanted and said I was open to ideas, Angel was polite and professional gave good suggestions without being forceful. Had an amazing hair wash and massage a very good cut and an even better blow dry. I am so pleased. I was so tired when I attended by appointment and I felt relaxed and able to just sit and be alone with my own thoughts. I felt welcomed, relaxed and listened too the end result being absolutely perfect. I booked and paid on-line in advance which was very helpful.

Lovely haircut, just what my daughter wanted!

I booked at short notice, Lauren listened to what I wanted and the result was lovely. Had a red colour 10 minute treatment on my hair and a blow dry.

Most helpful and efficient service. Knows her work and products. Very happy with her advice and treatment/ cut .

Rosanna has been doing my hair for years and always gives a good cut that I am then able to look after myself at home in between salon visits. Roots and highlights done today. Very pleased with results.

Sarah-Jane was fantastic. She talked me through how a curly cut is done during the consultation the day before my hair appointment and when she cut my hair she took her time and cut it curl by curl. I am so pleased with the results and have had so many compliments. Thank you - I have curly (rather than lumpy frizzy) hair at last!

VERY disappointed my hair cut was Very uneven one side 1/2 inch shorter than the Other. Had to take MORE unpaid time off Work to get it put right

Excellent cut and blow dry again from Hayley.

Visiting family in Aylesbury my hair was a mess, more frizzy than curly. After my consultation Sarah Jane cut my hair dry. It looked uneven and Sarah-Jane explained my curl pattern was different on each side of my head and she was working with my natural curl and it would dry level and it did.
I was given many great tips on how to manage my hair and also what to avoid, some of the products I was using were too harsh. Sarah-Jane made a plan for the next few visits to given me the colour I want but avoiding bleach as my hair is fragile. To finish; my curls were enhanced by finger curling and I was show how to do it myself and yes after washing it's the same result. My hair now looks curlier, healthier and with no frizz, it suits the shape of my face and I'm prepared to travel the 70 miles to ensure it stays that way. Sarah-Jane thank you.

I have been coming to Ruby lane for years now and always see Jaiden ever since he was a new talent. I have been going grey for a number of years but due to anxiety I have never got my hair dyed, but over the last 3 years I have spoken to Jaiden about getting it dyed and today I finally did it. Jaiden always makes me feel at ease and we put the world to rights with our chats and I must say my hair turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you
