Sarah Jayne is always very prompt with her appointment and does not keep me waiting she always asks what I want her to do to my hair.

It’s a pleasure to come to a friendly environment where you come to have a chat, most importantly to have your hair done. I am lucky to have a permanent hairdresser who friendly, puts you at ease and does a wonderful job of carrying out your wishes when it comes to styling and colouring your hair. That’s why I keep coming back.

Jaiden decided that I needed a
"structured" blow dry, which he did and it was lovely. I have never had my hair blow dried with a round rush!! I couldn't do that myself as I have osteoarthritis and my wrist and elbow joints do not like the weight of hair dryers.

After a tiring work week, I was looking forward to my appointment. From being greeted.to having my hair washed and styled, it felt a treat and some much needed me time. Everyone at Ruby Lane are so friendly and welcoming and Sarah Jane is a fantastic stylist and so personable. My hair is very thick and wavy and she does a great job cutting it and making it feel healthy again- thank you!

I booked an appt with Chloe, the senior apprentice to have a bit of a restyle and she did a brilliant job. She listened to my thoughts and took her time to understand and make suggestions too. Very happy with the result

Got my hair done by my normal hairdresser called Grace, she is an excellent hairdresser with exceptional customer service skills. I am fussy who I get to cut my hair. So glad that Grace works for Ruby Lane.
