Serena is an absolutely amazing lady, if you are looking for an expert and authority in hairstyling, then l can testify that the results were 100% excellent work. Serena exceeded my expectations. She is very communicative. l will recommend her to anyone who wants peace of mind and beautiful hair cut (for any type of hair /style) ?Plus Lovely salon, the friendliest and cosiest I have ever been to.
This is my 10th appointment and I am defo not even thinking of changing my hair stylist any time soon ?

I have been coming to this salon for many years and have always experienced excellent service. Riley is a fantastic hair stylist, nothing is too much trouble, she is friendly, attentive and an absolute asset to Ruby Lane, I always leave 100% happy with the outcome.

Been coming here a while now to have my hair done with Angel, Never know what I want and usually let Angel decide for me, Never had a bad experience and always come out feeling a million dollars. The colours are vibrant and last and my hair feels so healthy. Definitely recommend the hot towel conditioning treatment and Angel as a stylist ?????

great haircut, so friendly, listened to everything i wanted, very attentive and aware when i got sad sue to a song playing on the radio, she switched it off. lovely conversation and a very warm person. highly recommend - very thoughtful

After not liking my last colour choice very much, Grace was great advising what to do to change it and make it more inline with what I was seeking. She was helpful, friendly and the finished colour and cut was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

First time after covid young stylist very knowledgable, very quick and efficient and very pleased with result

Gemma and I had discussed highlights that would complement and blend the colour I was growing out ( along side some creeping greys ) . She really listened and worked out how I wear my hair and manage it day to day . I trusted Gemma with the colours and I’m thrilled with the caramel , biscuit and honey highlights she chose . The cut didn’t need much( as she took a lot off on my last visit) she smartened it up and cut it perfectly to complement the new colour . I’m really pleased with the lovely result ! Thanks Gemma for an excellent experience .

First time colouring my hair so I was a bit worried but didn’t need to be. Jaiden was amazing and took care of me and my experience from the outset. He listened to my concerns, put me at ease, talked me through everything every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed and friendly experience.
