Stylist left me waiting for 45mins after colouring, she went off to attend another customer. I had to call another hair dresser to remind her I was waiting for my hair to be washed. She did not come round. My hair was washed by someone else. After rough dry, My stylist didn’t even get up her chair to check my colour. I was extremely disappointed! Out of courtesy I still tipped her.

Have been struggling to find a hairdresser since moving to the areas a few years ago. Think I’ve finally cracked it. Very happy with my hair. Carly always takes time to listen to what I want. She gave me good advice on how to protect my hair that had some breakage due to straightening.
