Amy was very patient and took her time to remove my gels despite having only 15 mins to had to delay her lunch break, I am grateful that she was committed to her job. My opinion is that the gel removal appointment should be 30 minutes in order for the both client and spa therapist to the be happy with the final finish.

Thea my 14 year old daughter came in this morning booked originally for a 45 min blow dry which I was expecting to pay £45 for but she said she was charged £80 because even though it still took 45 mins she cut her hair as well. It’s not a difficult cut so I’m just a bit surprised by the price for the same time it took for a blow dry. We love coming to oxygen and normally wouldn’t say anything about the price but this does seem a lot for a 45 minute service.
