As usual Sammy worked her magic on my hair.
Always superb
However, as I entered the salon the pollution across the salon was blue and dreadful.
I don’t know how these stylists are expected to work on these conditions to say nothing if the clients- an extractor fan is urgently needed.

My usual stylist is Natalie and was surprised that she wasn’t there when I arrived . She was on leave and I hadn’t been notified . The last time I came someone else had to finish my hair when I expected Natalie so this is now the second time with no notification. Harry was charming and brilliant but my parting colour and top of head was not the right colour it was really light so had to be redone.. also the plan today again was that he would colour and someone else to dry the hair . I think if this is the case clients should be notified in advance . You get the feeling as a client that you are being fitted in as an afterthought and at £168 that’s not great. It was a 3 hr event to just have a dye and blow dry. Please don’t get me wrong Harry was brill and his customer service was excellent but 3 hrs and the whole experience still cost me £168 . Harry tried to make this right at every turn offering a treatment etc so please don’t think I’m blaming him. Overall I love the team and think they are great but customer service in regard to who is going to be doing your hair should be better and I personally think notification prior to the day where possible should be given if you are going to have 2 people working on you - it makes you feel you are less of a priority as a client. I also think as a regular customer when things go wrong a significant discount should be given . Final outcome is great colour .
