Amy was very patient and took her time to remove my gels despite having only 15 mins to had to delay her lunch break, I am grateful that she was committed to her job. My opinion is that the gel removal appointment should be 30 minutes in order for the both client and spa therapist to the be happy with the final finish.

Hayley always gives great advice. I came today with sun frazzled, bleached out hair and she took the time to discuss different approaches with me, make sure I was happy. She came and checked the final result with me. Fantastic service and I left with shiny glossy hair.
