Phil is not only an absolute honey, he is an amazing hairdresser. He listened to my Meg Ryan bob request and boy did he get it spot on!!
I am utterly delighted and really do look 10 years younger without any further highlights required....

My fine (but plentiful) head of hair is very prone to frizz in humid or damp conditions and menopausal hot flushes don’t help either. This treatment is a beacon of light in a world that hasn’t got enough time to constantly work on hair straightening only to have your efforts immediately negated the moment you step outside or have a hot flush .. I now need a quick dry and a paddle brush and I’m ready in a few minutes and the results can be enjoyed for up to six months! Also my hair feels so soft and looks shiny and hydrated! Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to enjoy a little me time in Oxygen… Nathalie is a great stylist, a fun person to talk to, and makes me feel special as a customer… she always remembers everything we discussed in the past, and it seems more like a friendship than a business transaction. A relaxing head massage only makes things better! A free glass of Prosecco for Christmas was a nice touch. I look forward to my next visit.

Since I started coming to this salon over a year ago I have been super happy with everything from Phil’s wonderful cutting (he really understands what I want from my hair) to Hayley’s lovely colouring and the super personalised service I get on every visit.

I had to book a last minute hair cut for Christmas and was not fussed which member of the Team was available to do it. However, I’m extremely pleased that Lucy cut my hair on Tuesday. I struggle to like my hair but the cut Lucy did for me was the best cut I’ve had in years. I’m so happy with the way it looks. Also, she was lovely to talk to and funny so that added to the all round experience. I had to book my next hair cut before I left which is not like me!

My first cut from Carley as my usual stylists were already booked. Pleased with the result and enjoyed chatting with her too!

I have been seeing Phill for my hair appointments for many years and have always had excellent service.

From the minute I walked in the door, I was encapsulated in the arms/expertise of these guys, from advice to products to how to create the style blow dry I wanted .., these guys really are the best.. no stone was left unturned to me feeling absolutely pampered and relaxed … my hair looks fabulous too how they get my hair to look so shiny and feeling this way amazes me every time.. needless to say I would highly recommend Oxygen to anyone

I had my eyebrows tinted and my PA noticed that the tint had bled above the brow. I asked to have it corrected but was told to come back almost 1 hour later.. The girl on reception didn’t apologise, needs customer service training, and it would have taken seconds to remove!I was advised it would wash off? I had been in the salon having my hair done and needed to get home to attend a party. I needed to go into town and get gifts for Christmas but was conscious of my brows. My PA advised that we went home and she would try and fix the problem/ remove the tint from my brow.

I always have a fantastic experience at the Beaconsfield salon with the fabulous Phill. His colouring and cutting skills are first class and we always enjoy a good chat. The atmosphere of the salon is very relaxing and I always leave the salon feeling super chilled.

Post work hair cut with Phil which was a pleasure as always. He is extremely talented and makes the job look easy. He offered the advice that I was looking for and discussed plans for the next visit which will include a colour. He’s very helpful and highly knowledgeable with product advice too. I left very happy with the result and relaxed after the experience. I’ve been coming to the salon for years and expect to depart feeling this way - I’ve never been disappointed.

I have curly hair which is not easy to cut. It was a first time for Lottie to see me and I think that she has done a great job. She was very thoughtful regarding how much to cut it off to get the look I was after, she was very transparent what she was doing, how much she was cutting off etc, I could feel that she was very keen to get things right and she did.
She is very good when dealing with people, knows how to gently get to know a client.
