Helen is a extremely nice stylist. Everytime i go to her she gives me a new look. Also looks into fineness and provides volume and makes me a happy customer when i leave.

£10 blow dry not such good value.

I usually leave Toni & Guy very happy. Unfortunately this time ***** did my haircut and blow dry after I had a colour done. He left my hair so burnt after the blow dry that even after washing it today which is the next day it smells of burning and it is breaking off. He was very rough even when he was doing the blow dry and pulling the hair, I am very upset because I always try and take extra care of my hair as it is coloured and it’s usually so soft. But, ***** has left it burnt and in such bad condition that I am worried about how long it will now take to go back to normal. It is like straw and I cannot even brush/comb it as it’s all burnt and breaking off. Not happy, will be making a complaint. I would like to add that I had a colour done just before that which I am happy with but the blow dry left me feeling very upset.
