This was my 4th experience at TG and unfortunately it was my worse experience. Kim was amazing as always very pleased with her work.
However the lady that washed and dried my hair was not good. I honestly wouldn’t associate that experience with TG. To behind with she was piling my hair and moving my head very roughly it was actually causing me discomfort. Normally I really enjoy the experience of getting my hair washed as it really relaxes me. However this time I couldn’t wait for it to be finessed. Now on the the blowing , it was such a pain. My hair was being pulled left right and Center. The air was so hot it was burning my scalp. I still can’t believe I experienced this at TG.
I will still return as I really enjoy the experience with Kim and I love the end product but I will definitely ask not to be washed or blowed dried by that lady.

I’ve been coming to Toni and Guy Reading for over 12 yrs, and have the same technician and stylists. Never disappointed. Had a lovely full head of highlights by the talented Kim and I love the colour. On to a cut and blow with the amazing Bobbi. Can’t wait to have my Balmain extensions back in next week. They are amazing and so kind to my hair - which is important as my hair is very fine. Highly recommend.

Marco cut my hair beautifully; I received compliments about it that evening and it looks great every day.

I’ve tried several salons in Reading but TONI&GUY is the best. Big thank you to Mara who was the only one to mix a color exactly how I want it. All members of staff are polite and friendly. Definitely I’ll be coming back.

Bobbie is always attentive , ensures that you have input , and I always am pleased with the cut I get . She is a credit to your salon.

As always I booked in for a colour and blow-dry at Toni & Guy Reading and wasn’t disappointed! They are always so courteous and make me feel welcome, Marco stopped to say hi and the guy at reception was very professional., a smooth and swift welcoming! The colourist and stylist were superb! Thank you Monica and the lovely new Stylist from South Africa, sorry I don’t have a name, she was amazing, very quick as I was on a time limit and she blow-dried my hair just how I love it! I received lots of compliments on my hair from my friends and I’m already looking forward to my next visit to the salon! Thank you!

Just had an excellent cut by Marco. As usual I was given excellent service from the minute I walked in the door. I've tried other salons in the area but they fall very far short of Toni & Guy both in ambience and hair cut.
