Had a walk in appointment with Nate as a new customer. Really pleased with the cut, he listened and delivered what I’d asked for. This shouldn’t be unusual in a hairdresser but unfortunately my experience says otherwise. Thanks Nate ?

The stylist was recommended to me but I found her work very disappointing. I thought my hair looked better when I entered the shop than when I left it. I won't go back again unless Connie comes back to work there.

Fabulous as usual, well looked after by both Caroline and the lovely young lady who did my highlights

It was my first time in this Tony and Guy salon and Steve was great. My was hair is in bad condition and I had no idea what to do with it. Steve knew exactly what to do and offered treatments to help restore the breakages. Really friendly guy, explained the whole process to me and made me feel at ease.

Although I was worried about having the length shortened, my hair looks great! And I was offered a complementary curl on Saturday as it is my birthday!

I'll definitely be a regular customer and looking forward to working with Steve to get my hair healthy and strong again!

I’m never going to another salon again. Steve picked the haircut for me, knew exactly what will work for my face and style, delivered a dream come true. I feel incredible.

Fantastic service, all the staff were super friendly and make you feel at ease (which not all salons do). The guy who washed my hair was lovely and made me feel so relaxed. Danni cut my hair brilliantly and seemed to just ‘get’ how I wanted it, and was nice to chat to as well. I left feeling like a million dollars!
A point on the price - yes they can seem steep, but from shopping around Worcester before choosing T&G it seems like most other places are either a bit rubbish on quality or actually more expensive than T&G. And for the experience I had I was happy to pay that bit extra. Will definitely be returning!

Had my hair styles at Toni and guy yesterday and came out feeling a million dollars. Shame on you Redditch loosing our salon through your high rents and rates. Bigger and better shop in Worcester and less the cost. Well worth the travel will be returning in 6 weeks with my daughter.

I only get to treat myself every so often for my hair and my treatment today was lovely. I have been to many salons in Worcester, but this one was by far the nicest. Nate was very welcoming accomodating, the colour consultation was professional and my colour came out gorgeous. Also, Georgie cut my hair which as well came out lovely! Overall, both salon and customer service was brilliant.
