I was looked after and really pleased with the finished result

Steve filled me with confidence groom the start, on the telephone and in person. He knew exactly what I wanted and delivered. He listened, discussed pictures and finally I have found a stylist who sent me home loving my haircut. Can't recommend enough! Also to apprentice Josh who was very polite and easy to chat to.

Finally, someone who understands my hair...not often l am impressed but must be the best cut l have ever had. Not only that such a lovely down to earth person and the all the staff were wonderful. Can’t recommend enough...!!!

My hair was a dry frizzy tangled mess when I came in and Nate worked wonders and totally saved my hair. He was engaging to talk to and so knowledgable about my curly hair and gave me so much helpful advice about styling and maintenance. I left feeling amazing and happy. Thank you ?

My new haircut is okay. The balayage is not what I've expected. Probably won't keep it for long time. The overall experience was okay. Only the receptionist was a bit awkward maybe need to focus on how to value us (customers). Matt the technical director is a lovely guy, explained everything but the final result was a lot lighter than I asked for. The price was so high... I am not sure I will go back because the overall experience didn't match my expectations.

Happy when I left the salon but one wash later the £25 toner had disappeared from my hair and I was charged £20 for an additive that I had not asked for or advised I was having. They were supposed to call me today to discuss but no call received. I have cancelled my next appointment

All the while giving sage counsel and providing comedy entertainment. As a client I believe my time yesterday in his hands was absolutely worth every penny. Delighted with the results

Always amazing service. Was very late for my appointment as there was no parking in town due to the Christmas market and Steve went out of his way to still fit me in despite being really busy. Always good conversation and a great haircut.

I had an appointment this morning with Nate. This was my first time meeting Nate and having my hair done by him. I left the salon thoroughly pleased and loving my hair.
I had a really nice experience and I wa svery happy with the outcome. I have booked back in to see him again in the new year.

I refuse to have my hair cut anywhere else since going to Toni & Guy Worcester for 2 years now. All of the staff are brilliant with a balance of friendliness and professionalism, you always feel in safe hands and I trust them entirely. I can not recommend the team enough.

Very friendly person who listens what you want and advises what would work better. I cannot wait to visit again in January.

She is a very competent hairdresser and I like it that she listens and gets on with the job without all the usual banal chat.

Had a complete colour change today, Chloe supported my choice and delivered! Chloe was professional and gave me great advise! I was made to feel welcomed and it was a truly relaxing experience. Nate trimmed my hair to perfection and went above and beyond for me. All in all my experience was outstanding, thank you!
