Caroline has been cutting my hair for years now. She always does what I ask for and it always look great.

I am really very pleased with how my hair came out very much apriciated and would without a doubt come back again.

I had my appointment with Art Director, Steve.
Steve only needs to know what you do or don't like & he will cut your hair better than you could have described.
The salon is relaxed and unpretentious, making your visit one you want to repeat.

I don't get the chance to have my hair done often having recently had two children. I was really impressed with the advice and non- patronising manner in which it was delivered. The team were friendly, attentive and understood exactly what look I was going for. Really pleased with the colour! Would recommend!

I have been going to the Worcester branch for many years and I was very nervous to say the least about my normal hairdresser moving on. All that said I thought I will give the new manger ago and I am so happy that I did the consultation was much more in depth than normal and highlighted all of my problems . So I ended up have a massive change when i left I was so happy !

The staff went above and beyond. Absolutely excellent service, couldn't have asked for anything better. Next appt booked.

I was a bit perturbed to discover that I my hair wasn't going to be cut and coloured by Phil as usual. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cut by Steve. It is probably one of the better cats I have ever had. It was very interesting to hear all his plans for the salon. The shop is very tired, especially the loo, and will benefit from a massive overhaul and better use of the space. I did miss the massage chair though! It will be very interesting to see how his plans progress. All of the staff, as per usual, were delightful.

From a person who has a slight fear of hairdressers and was so close to cancelling my appointment, I was really impressed with Toni and Guy in Worcester and so glad I didn't!

The service was great; welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
An impressive selection of refreshments.
And the best haircut I have had in such a long time!

After a dreadful experience with another salon Tony and guy saved the day for myself and my friends for a wedding we are going to! Such friendly staff and brilliant salon.

Very pleased with my hair cut and reasonable price too. Staff friendly and hairdresser really listened to what I wanted. Will definitely go for next cut soon.

I had colour, cut and blow dry and they did my hair exactly as I wanted. So pleased with result. Very friendly and relaxing experience definitely recommend to anyone

Normally have my hair cut by Caroline (who is fabulous by the way!) unfortunately she wasn't free so I booked in with
Steve! My first impressions of Steve were, very attentive, funny & he gave a great consultation of my hair! Impressive! Then I found out he's the new owner/boss!! It's clear he loves what he does & he is damn good at it! So after yet another great experience, a complimentary hair treatment, I left feeling great with a faboulous hair cut, some amazing products offered at a great price!!

I can't recommend PHIL (Worcester) highly enough. He isa lovely guy and an outstanding hairdresser. You need to nurture and reward talent like this.

As always a great service, I always find the staff here are great and very friendly. Keiron is great and always knows exactly what I need! Having my hair done is a very relaxing experience and I love that there's always plenty of tea available! Would highly recommend Keiron

Booked myself in at short notice using the online booking system, which was great, to have a total restyle of my hair which hadnt been cut in 5 months. Service was great and Caroline did a great job on what was an overgrown mess! I then mentioned about getting my beard trimmed and Steve stepped in, who was really knowledgable. He trimmed and reshaped my beard making it look much much better than before. I left feeling great. They did a brilliant job and I was well happy. Thanks guys! ????

Massage chairs, head massage when your hair is washed, polite and friendly staff who actually cut your hair just how you want it! What could be better?

My stylist Phil in Worcester T&G is brilliant! He changed his lunch break today so he could do both my colour and cut, as he knew I wanted to change the shade and style. He found the perfect new style on the Dior website and I am absolutely delighted with it. I drive almost 20 miles to my nearest T&G salon. Phil's skills are definitely worth the trip

Thanks Phil & Caroline for an amazing cut & colour today I left feeling 10 yrs younger!

A superb friendly service here in Worcester as always. Brilliant cut by the lovely Caroline who has been doing my hair for nearly 10 years!!!!! We are both shocked by this! She always turns my hair from looking like its been dragged through a bush backwards (sometimes it actually has if ive needed to retrieve child and/or dog from undergrowth -ha ha) to cat walk elegance. Love it. Gold stars all round. Need her to sort it everyday.

Had this treatment today. All went well. Some strict don'ts, not getting hair wet, no clips etc.
