Avant Garde Hair Salon Warndon Village, Worcester, Worcestershire

Stopped by Avante Garde Worcester initially to get a price list and ended up walking out with a gorgeous hair cut!

Zoe was recommended to me due to Naomi being on maternity leave, so I was a bit nervous about this appointment.

I had a wonderful experience! as always the staff greeted me with a welcome smile and friendly tone.

Zoe was amazing talked me through my hair type and what products would work best on it, but I felt no pressure at all to buy any product if I didn't want to. She did a fantastic job on my hair and cut it just how I wanted it, she took off just the right amount of hair without me having a total melt down. She was very friendly and really chatty, I look forward to my next appointment with her! Thank you Zoe xx

On another note before Christmas we had a mix up with an appointment for my daughter and Zoe handled the whole situation so well and very professionally. She did all she could to get us another appointment and I appreciated her being so helpful and apologetic it made all the difference. She's a real credit to the salon!

Visited St Martins Quarter
Throughout my visit the staff were all very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.
Zowie gave me plenty of options/advice about what colour would suit my natural tones.
I was absolutely delighted with with final result! ????

I always come away from the salon feeling good. Luke always manages to make my hair look good....even though I am an o.a.p.! Always a friendly atmosphere. Clean salon. Would recommend a visit.

Had my hair coloured today by Zoe and it was amazing, lovely girl, fab salon, and i love the outcome ! would deffo recommend!

My hair feels fabulous. I had many grey hairs and a bad home dye but my hair was rescued. I was made to feel very welcome and Zoe made me feel very relaxed. I was embarrassed by my home efforts and had no idea what or how I wanted my hair I just knew I needed help. The whole experience was lovely never once felt rushed and I loved having my hair washed whilst having a massage .......bonus. My hair felt so good when I left. Forgot to take a photo at the selfie door but will do next time. Thank you see you in January X

I have visited the salon for the first time today and I was welcomed very nicely by the friendly staff. The salon managed to book me in for an appointment at short notice and I was very thank you for this. Morgan and Zoe were very nice and easy to talk with when trying to explain the colour I was wanting. To keep myself warm up Morgan also made a hot chocolate for me. I enjoyed the hair wash and massage chair and Morgan always made sure I felt confortable and made me aware of the process(how long it will take). I am so happy with the outcome of the colour and the customer service provided. I will be returning again soon for a cut aswell, I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

Lovely salon, friendly staff. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right colours.

I am currently growing my hair and arrived at my appointment to discuss with my stylist what style would look nice and would still allow me to grow it out.
Unfortunately upon arrival my stylist was running late which was fine but town was very busy that afternoon and I was unable to repark my car.
She sat me down and didn't really listen to what I asked as she cut my hair in record time, which it didn't look like much had been done to it. She then ushered me out of the chair and returned back to her earlier client. Now I know I only asked for a dry cut but she usually asks if I want product in it. But I got nothing.
I then had to begrudgingly pay £25 for 10 minutes in the chair with a stylist who was rushing.
Such a shame because I have a pleasant experience in the past and have returned several times.

I love going to Avantegarde salon. They totally look after you there. Nothing is too much trouble. The massage chairs are so amazing. All the ladies are very knowledgeable and the whole experience is very relaxing

Had my hair done by Alex at the St Martins Quarter salon and I absolutely love it! The colour and style is exactly how I imagined it. The whole experience was great with detailed recommendations on products to use. I can't thank Alex and Avant Garde enough! I will definitely be visiting again!

I had my hair cut today by Kate who was fantastic and new exactly what I wanted!!! As someone who gets their hair cut once a year as it goes wrong more often then not I am extremely happy with my hair cut and the advice I received! Thanks again Kate

Ashleigh always listens to what I want and makes great suggestions. She has also developed a good understanding of how my hair works which is helpful. Today I had a bit of a change so we checkout styles on the internet and Ashleigh was able to make recommendations. Ashleigh is always friendly and professional and provides a great service. I completely trust her and I always leave happy!

I haven't had a haircut in a while, and was sceptical about changing anything, but Zoe was great. She met up with me, listened and looked at the style I wanted, after which explained what's what and brilliantly suggested alternatives. On the day of my appointment, we all were excited. Lauren and Zoe dyed my hair, and Lauren did my treatment (awesome by the way) and then I had a haircut. I left the salon feeling very happy with my new style (I love it!) Very thankful to both girls. Awesome! :)

I spent the morning in the salon chair having an easilocks refit with Natalie. The whole experience was just delightful, so relaxing and enjoyable. Natalie was wonderful company and so gentle and considerate. I felt like I was just hanging out with a pal! The salons massage chair is such a treat and the team always make sure you are always equipped with a coffee and magazines. All the girls always have a smile and a friendly word. The hair extensions look brilliant, I always recommend Avante Garde to my friends and family and look forward to ever visit ????

I had a wonderful experience at Avant Garde. From enquiring about sevices available, booking and the end result, I was very impressed.
I was reccommended a treatment and cut and didn't feel any pressure to go for anything I wasn't sure about. The treatment was wonderfully relaxing with the help of the fantastic massage chairs! That in itself was treat! Then my stylist was brilliant and put me at ease when I explained my hair worries. I would reccommend Avant Garde to anyone and I will be going again! I would like to thank both Lindsey and Lauren for doing an excellent job!

I had a very enjoyable haircut and blowdry at your salon. Charley discussed my hair needs and what could be done and what id actually want to get done. I loved the massage chair! The treatment also worked like a charm on my hair :)

Had a late cut with charley at 8pm, still friendly after a long day and did a great job, checking i was happy with everything. And always nice to spend 10 mins in the massage chairs, would definitely recommend.

I arrived to the salon intending to only have a dry cut but decided on my way I wanted to have it washed as well. When I got there, Charley had no problem swapping my appointment around so I could get this done. I had my cut and blow dry done by Ashleigh who went out of her way to give me the best advice for my hair which I had been really eager to find out about. I was interested in buying some salon products and she discussed with me all the benefits and the particular ones that would be good for my hair. I was grateful to be told the truth about the products and not just be told about the most expensive thing (which can often happen in any place that involves a bit of retail). I couldn't fault my visit so decided for the first time ever I would book in my next appointment immediately - I know after this visit I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and lovely during my visit, I couldn't ask for a better salon experience. I probably drive past

Had my hair cut by the genius that is Zoe. As ever she transformed my tired locks into glossy tresses. A lovely friendly spacious place. Luxury salon feel without the uncomfortable price tag!

Thanks to Kate for sorting out my neglected box dye hair! Have been to the salon a few times over the years but stopped recently has I had extensions in so mainted the colour myself. Knew my hair needed some TLC so booked in! Really happy with the results, Kate new exactly what I wanted and what needed doing. Gave me some great tips too for styling at home. Lovely service and really pleased with my colour, cut great too my hair is feeling a lot healthier! Have booked my next app too! Thanks again!

Awful. Never had such a bad experience. Felt rushed, like she didn't care and was very rough when blow drying. Poor customer manner. Won't be coming again.

Was offered a drink. I asked for water. It came in a latte glass with a dirty ring in the bottom.

Ashley has the horrible job of colouring my long unruly hair! She is an excellent colourist and stylist. my hair colour is the best it had ever been and I'm 47! and the cut and blow dry is exceptional. I would recommend her without exception. The salon is light and airy and there are lots of nice drinks on offer. A pleasurable experience even though I don't enjoy the hairdressers and very affordable too. highly recommended with a high level of customer service.

First visit here today after a disaster colour from another Salon!.... The whole team were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything from what they could advise to talking me through what they were doing. They corrected the colour and have fantastic service! The owner of the salon even moved my car as the parking ticket ran out, whilst I was having my treatment..... You don't get that everywhere!! Thanks again Avant Garde team!!!

Went to the salon for the first time last week.. I have had the same hairdresser for about 8 years and decided to try somewhere else so a bit nervous.. I had a cut and blow dry with Luke ...I found him very friendly and he cut my hair perfect and blow dried it amazing. i will Defoe be going back. Well done Luke !!!
