Aimee is absolutely amazing! She creates the look I’m going for every time. She is so thorough and precise and is so lovely I wouldn’t go to anyone other salon. Everyone there is so friendly too and it’s such a nice environment to spend your time in! A proper pamper day!

Another great experience in this salon today . Rhiannon ( salon manager) is an amazing colourist and an incredible stylist. Always friendly and upbeat . Comfortable surroundings. Great results!

I was really pleased with my visit today, all the girls were really lovely and helpful. My stylist Charlie was great too she listened to what I was after but also gave good advice on what she thought would suit me.

Morgan was amazing and did a really good cut following a consultation as to what I wanted X very pleased with the result my hair feels fab

Lindsey has been fantastic at listening to what I have wanted over the last couple of months and has transformed my hair with toners, highlights and some extensions to add some thickness and even up the front and back of my hair.

Lauren was great at knowing exactly what to do with my hair. The experience was relaxing and I will be returning. Would definitely recommend.

I had a gel manicure with Lydia and she was amazing. My nails are beautiful and the whole experience was very relaxing accompanied by lots of conversations making my experience more enjoyable. Amazing quality gels for a respectful price and I will definitely be returning every month now to have my gel manicure!!

Hairdresser was running half an hour late for my appointment but no phone call or any Comms to convey this to me.
Explained I wanted caramel ends (and assumed this would mean two colours) an all over brown for the top and then caramel through sections at the bottom.
Rushed the all over colour - I had to ask her to comb it through more of the ends as large sections were still completely dry!
I then mentioned a second time I wanted lighter ends and she said “ not just left the colour it is now” - which was a sun damaged brown as I’ve been on holiday a month. She just threw in toner for about 3 minutes whilst I was getting my hair washed. Really not good enough.
No olaplex or wellaplex treatment offered (despite it being put in my notes last time)
The next customer then turned up and my hair cut was so rushed just an inch of the ends, no questions on layering or feathering the front which I wanted to freshen it up.
Blow dry was a bit painful at times, not curly like I asked for and no heat protection or serum used as my hair feels so dry and flat.

Not impressed. Very disappointed for £90 and don’t think I’ll be returning.

Another wonderful cut and blow dry with Rhiannon, she has an amazing gift for being a first class stylist and also having a wonderful personality that makes each appointment with her feel special, personal and fun.
Now that I’ve started combining my hair cut and blow dry with having my nails done by Lydia I leave the salon feeling fabulous.

Been ill so hair not done in a few months. Today Zoe took my hair from lank and dull to soft and shiny. The colour, as always, is incredible and she used a different toner to brighten it up even more. Now I feel I can go out without having to put my hair up to hide it. The treatments I’ve had today have made it feel as good as it looks. I feel very pampered and my hair looks amazing. The style is low maintenance so I can easily recreate it at home.

I’ve never been disappointed and my grown up girls tell me I have Pinterest hair!!

I used to get my hair done by Charlotte when she worked in my hometown, and I couldn't not stick with her when she moved to Worcester as she has always done such a great job. I am always over the moon with my colour, cut and styling, fantastic results every time! She really knows her stuff and is a total diamond - friendly, smiley, helpful, patient, so easy to chat to and just an all round lovely person who makes the experience so enjoyable. The salon itself is nice and modern, I always enjoy my visits and highly recommend!

Aimee talked to me first to understand how i wanted my hair to look like. Then she washed my hair and responded positvely to my request for cooler water. She cut and blow dried my hair. Aimee frequently asked me if i was happy. I am very pleased with my hair cut and the overall experience.

I’ve been having my hair done with Lindsey for quite some time. I have been transitioning from brunette to blonde since January. Every time I visit the salon my hair always looks and feels amazing and healthy. My blonde journey is now complete and I am the most beautiful baby blonde which really Love! Thankyou ????

Rhiannon is simply the best hairdresser in Worcester! She is always upbeat, whilst seemingly effortlessly transforming my tired and sad hair into a style and colour to be proud of!
Nothing is too much trouble and she listens to the customers’ concerns and requests.
Great that you can also get a manicure and pedicure whilst your colour “develops”.

I had a cut and colour today and have come away really happy. It’s me but with good hair! Stylist really listened and did an amazing job of creating hair colours that look natural and a style that suits me and I know I can live with and will work with my lifestyle as I don’t do much to my hair! Nice atmosphere in the salon very clean. Head and chair massage very relaxing 2 hrs peace to myself. Have already booked again and would highly recommend.

I've been coming to Charley for a number of years for regular haircuts and colour and have tried various different types of colour with her such as balayage and highlights plus my usual roots top-up. Always happy with the cut & the colour which is why I come back. She also makes helpful suggestions. Would recommend!
