I have visited Lauren on at least 10 occasions now for foils, cut & blow dry, colour etc... she is so pleasant, I can honestly say she never fails to deliver, her time keeping is impeccable, she has excellent listening skills and a great knowledge in colours. Thank you to Lauren, I’m very grateful to you for always getting it right and would recommend you 100%. PPE in place with high standards of cleanliness.

Sian , gave me a lovely experience with my nails as this was the first time I have had tips on . She gave me a choose of colours which I was happy with. Sian is a lovely girl , which I would recommend to any one to see to treat yourself to some beautiful nails

Just moved back to Worcester after 3 years and really glad I can come back here again. I’ve always had good service and the safety measures now put in place are the best I’ve seen anywhere.

The salon is so well adapted for this Covid age I felt incredibly safe. It is also air conditioned which is a bonus in this heatwave. Aimee always listens to my requests and concerns and provides the best hair care and cut I have had since moving to Worcester 3 years ago.

I was made to feel very welcome. Lovely hair wash and the massage chair was relaxing. Lauren listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice about what would be the best option. She didn't rush and made sure I was happy with the new style.
It was a very hot day and very sticky in the plastic ppe, I look forward to visiting in better times!

I’ve been going to Avant Garde for about five years and usually I have an excellent cut and highlights with *****. This time pretty much everything went wrong - there was one side of my hair that had been cut too short on the inside layer whilst the other had not, and I asked for subtle highlights that would grow out very naturally (as I’ve had many times) but already I’m looking rooty.

I was hesitant to leave a review like this as ***** did even up my haircut free of charge (although with no offer of money back for my loss of hair or time) but I still cannot do what I want with my hair, I was charged designer prices for trainee level work, and ultimately it’s massively made me question my confidence in the salon.

Very good absolutely thrilled with the colour and the cut. Extremely lovely girl.

First time with Kate and with lockdown hair. I decided to go for a shorter style and was totally put at ease by Kate.
The salon itself was so clean and I felt comfortable with the excellent PPE measures in place Kate has done a wonderful job and exactly how I wanted my hair. I will definitely revisit! Thanks Kate x

Lauren was amazing once again! Listened to what I wanted, advised on how my haircut would best suit me and my lifestyle and executed an amazing post lockdown chop! Feel so much lighter and cannot thank Lauren enough for her talents!

As I’ve be wearing my hair straight a lot more recently (naturally ringlets) I decided to you with a short hair style. Quite a change for me. Laura (I’m sure it was Laura but I’m sorry if I got the name wrong) was great, worked of very little info from me and gave me a great new style :)! Really pleased. Love it.

I was a little nervous before my visit but as soon as I was greeted by a masked member of your staff, I felt at ease. Everyone was friendly (as they always are) and the measures put in place made me feel very safe, which helped me to relax and just enjoy the much needed haircut. Lindsey did another great job with my hair.

It’s been 23 weeks since my hair has received any proper attention due to lockdown. Rhiannon listens to what you want but also gives ideas/suggestions. She is a great stylist and I would definitely recommend the salon. I came out feeling fabulous.

Marvelled at Aimee’s technical skill today. I embraced my grey, which turns out to be a rather nice silver! Which she matched perfectly!! The colour change together with a new style has made me feel really great. Thanks.

Visited SMQ today to see Rhiannon, who has performed a truly amazing job! In depth consultation, full head colour, treatments and cut and blow dry . I felt so safe considering the current situation, the salon is so clean and constantly being sanitised. Would highly recommend Rhiannon’s incredible talent

Aimee always listens to what I want which is very hard to find! She highlighted my hair today and being an ex hairdresser I can be picky, she worked really hard with such attention to detail. I am so happy with the final result. Couldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic service

It was so nice to see Aimee after all this time not just for my hair of course! She did a fabulous job with my blonde hair colour after my dark roots were nearly half way down my head! She blended the colour in nicely and made it a lot warmer. I have seen Aimee for years and she always does a fantastic job. Avant Garde made an excellent effort with making you feel welcome, safe and comfortable, providing you with your own PPE as well as keeping things normal with their bright and happy atmosphere.

My first post lockdown haircut. Charlotte A did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked without by me having to repeat myself.

The preventive measures in place at Avant Garde, Warndon are impressive. The arrangements include an individual sealed Client Pack with mask, gown and towel. The staff team is obviously well trained and practised. Aimee worked miracles with my tatty mop and the 4 months' growth of dark roots. Cut superb and slightly altered new colour is absolutely brilliant for summer. Only downside, and outside the Salon's control, was usual buzzy atmosphere lacking as only a couple of Clients in at once. No hot drinks or high-end magazines allowed either. We will get used to life like this. Thank you to everyone.

I was really looked after by Charlotte today. She was really good at interpreting what I wanted and I love the colour of the foils she did. I’m so grateful to have my hair done even though it was strange with no drink and no magazine.
