First appointment after restrictions were lifted. I cannot praise Aimee and the Avant Garde team enough. Just waited outside to be called in; sanitisers for hands and little bag; PPE Packs with apron, disposable towel and optional mask; only 4 stylists at a time so lots of social distance. The usual friendly and professional treatment with added care due to Aimee and the others wearing aprons, gloves and visors. I felt comfortable and safe plus my hair was fab (my Brian May locks really needed taming and colouring). You take your used kit away for disposal and everything is sanitised afterwards, so more precautions. I paid by card plus booked my next two appointments at the chair. Well done!! ?to Aimee.

Lindsey always does a fantastic job with my colour and cut. She outdid herself this time with the state my hair was in. I would highly recommend l.

The salon was clean and I felt very safe. You could tell a lot of thought and time had gone into the setup.

Fantastic to be able to eventually get my hair sorted but most of all congratulate Rhiannan and the girls (and Ian & naomi of course) who have done a grand job on making salon safe for their customers and their staff. They've been working flat out to get everything sorted and now doing extra hours to make sure all their clients are seen.
I'm very proud to be a regular here and highly recommend this salon!

Just a quick thank you to all the staff at AG. We are living in very strange times but it was still a pleasure to have my hair done. The attention to detail over the new hygiene regs were excellent. I felt reassured and relaxed in the new ‘normal’. A particular thank you to Kate, it was like meeting up again with an old friend.

I went to avant garde in warndon villages today for a full head of foils/toner with a cut and blow dry. The team there were very organised and very attentive. Niamh was amazing, she was so lovely and accommodating with everything. She did an amazing job and I absolutely love the end result. It was also my birthday today and the salon went the extra mile to make my day feel special. Thank you so much to everybody!

I have been visiting Lauren F for just over a year. She is an excellent hairdresser and I trust her totally. A lovely salon with a great atmosphere.

I was looking forward to having my hair done today but I was also a little anxious as I haven’t left home much since lockdown. Kate and the staff were very professional and everything was in place, they went above and beyond what the guidelines were and I can’t fault it. Thank you Kate for making me feel more human again ?

Sam did an amazing cut after months without the hair dresser.
Disappointed to see £5 added to my bill for PPE. This was not mentioned on booking and I could have provided own mask for free.

I had my hair washed and blow dried by Charlotte... She was very nice and polite and did a very good job i felt like a new woman when i left the salon .. I would definitely recommend the salon to my friends and family.

Had my hair washed and styled by Rhiannon who has styled my hair for many years. Everything about the experience is first class and very enjoyable, a real weekly treat. Rhiannon is friendly, professional and very very skilled. Highly recommended.

I was nominated for a free wash and blow dry. Always a bit sceptical as it’s free at the service you will get but I loved it!! Made to feel at ease and nothing was too much! Will definitely be returning!

Warm and friendly salon. Tea coffee and refreshments offered throughout my appointment. Lindsay is incredibly talented, my colour looks amazing and hair feels so soft and shiny and in amazing condition. Great product knowledge of the products used and purchased. Excellent service. My experience was amazing.

Lauren and Ciara did a fabulous job making me feel comfortable and pampered during my first visit to the salon. Lauren seemed to know exactly what was needed to give me the hair I wanted! I wasn't sure about the toner at first, but after another wash I'm happy with the result. Really pleased to finally find a salon in Worcester I WILL return to! Thanks girls xx

Honestly blown away by my experience today. I had been nominated by my fiance for a blow dry and I really cant believe how great I feel.

I had amazing service the minute I walked in the door. My coat was taken I was offered a drink and a seat. I had the most amazing head massage whilst having my hair washed.
Charley was so knowledgeable and made me so relaxed and I suffer with severe anxiety. It's the first time in over a year I've had my hair cut or even set foot in a salon.

I will be back due to the lovely staff, salon and atmosphere. Chilled and happy vibes loved the music too all my faves!!

More salons should be like you guys, you have no idea how much you can lift someone's mood just by doing what you always do

I’ve been visiting this salon for around 15 months now as a client of Lauren’s who is a great stylist. A business that gets it right with lovely hardworking staff. The Price list is a bit toppy considering the location but the convenience of late nights, Sunday opening hours & easy parking makes it worthwhile.

My appointment didn’t go to plan today, but Aimee still took her time and made me feel like my visit was still worthwhile, and came away feeling much better than I went in. I can only say very good things about Aimee, she is supportive and brilliant at what she does!

Had my hair blow dried by Niamh this morning, not only does she style really well but she gives a fabulous head massage when shampooing and gives first class client service. She’s friendly, helpful and makes great tea. Thoroughly recommended

So meticulous- Sian takes great care in her work. Sorted out those pesky splits in my thumbnails. Finished effect great and you cannot see the join. A great job! Thank you.
